Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) expressed her rage after Bill and Hillary Clinton ignored a subpoena to testify on Epstein files, alongside AG Garland and Bill Barr. Additionally, she called out the Democrats for their silence on the matter.
In her diatribe on the matter, Lune blasted Democrats for cynically weaponizing files to smear Trump rather than seek justice. Luna also defended ongoing probes, highlighting intelligence ties to Saudi Arabia, Russia, Israel, and a former CIA director. While doing so, she emphasized the expansive investigation’s goals: justice for the victims and DOJ criminal referrals.
In her most recent comment on the matter, Rep Luna announced, “Bill and Hillary Clinton will be receiving subpoenas regarding Epstein files (to testify) in the next few days per @JamesComer
and @GOPoversight. Along with AG Garland, Barr, etc. Also, Oversight has issued a subpoena to the DOJ for files.”
However, the Clintons were not cooperative, as she declared, saying, “Bill and Hillary Clinton are refusing to appear before House Oversight for their depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Notice how House Democrats suddenly have nothing to say about it.”
Additionally, in an appearance on FOX, she said, “I don’t think there should be any accommodations made for these people. You have Congress; they did a whole lot worse to President Trump and everyone around him, especially after January 6th.”
Bringing it back to the Clintons, she turned up the heat. “I think Bill and Hillary Clinton should be required to come in at the convenience of Congress because there are a lot of staffers, and it’s hard to get those depositions on the books,” Luna noted.
Concluding her FNC interview appearance, she explained, “More importantly, it’s worth noting that the Democrats didn’t think they’d actually have to send a subpoena to these people. And as you know, they used the Epstein files as a political tool to smear the president. I’m all for transparency.”

The courageous Republican also defended Trump from the baseless smears from the DNC. She countered, “Some used the Epstein files to smear @POTUS instead of bringing justice to the victims, which tbh is super gross. I look forward to the continued investigations into this with
@GOPoversight. They deserve justice.”
In a longer post on social media, Rep. Luna dug into the details of the scandal. “In my opinion, there is definitely an intelligence connection. Countries named by the lead attorney for the witnesses included Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Israel, as well as a former CIA director (inferred to be the CIA director under the Bush administration, based on the attorney’s description of interactions while Epstein was in his work/arrest program),” she said.
Additionally, the Republican representative said, in her post about the Clinton subpoena and delay issue on social media, “This is an extensive and expansive investigation. To be clear, the end goal is not only to deliver justice for the victims but also, equally important, to make criminal referrals to the DOJ.”
