In more horrid footage that has emerged from New Jersey, where rioters who have been praised by the state’s Democratic governor have been attacking the ICE agents stationed at the Delaney Hall detention facility, along with other ICE agents in the state. One of the rioters was caught on tape threatening death against an ICE agent and his family.
Fortunately, according to Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanche, the administration is acting to hold the awful rioter who made that threat accountable, and has arrested him for making such illegal threats against the ICE agent and his family. The arrest happened on Friday, May 29, it appears, quite soon after the Thursday, May 28 incident.
For reference, the disgusting and terrible incident occurred in Newark, New Jersey. There, a left-wing activist was caught on tape yelling at an ICE agent who was unmasked, likely due to the state’s laws regarding masked ICE officials, shouting death threats of an absolutely horrible sort at him.
The left-wing protester could be heard on tape screaming at the agent, “I’ll kill your whole f–king family. Your whole f–king family is dead. Your children, your wife, all dead.” That came as the protest turned into a chaotic and violent riot and the ICE agents desperately tried to get a handle on things. Watch it here:
Acting AG Blanche then appeared on Fox News Channel’s “The Will Cain Show” and said that the rioter would be caught and held accountable. “That’s a federal crime,” Blanche said. He added, “Not only threatening the ICE officer — but think about how disgusting this individual is by threatening his wife and his children with death.”

Acting AG Blanche added, describing the situation and vowing to hold the rioter accountable for his terrible words and deeds, “That is disgusting … and we see his face and I promise you we will find him, and when we find him, we will arrest him.”
That happened quite soon. Posting on X just a few hours later to announce that the rioter had been arrested, Acting AG Blanche said, “Told you. @FBI just arrested the man who threatened to kill ICE officers and their families. FAFO.”
Commenters on the post called for the Acting AG to ensure the protester faced very harsh consequences, saying things like, “Arrest is good. Jail is better. Prosecute and please make sure the perpetrator does serious time. Our DHS agents are heroes. They should be praised not threatened. Anyone who threatens them needs to pay the legal price for it. Deterrents work. May justice prevail!” Another added, “Antifa Looney Tunes need to be deported by trebuchet to Alcatraz”.
Adding to the chaos was that the local police refused to aid the ICE agents. DHS Secretary Mullin said, explaining that, “We called local police, we called state police multiple times. Listen, I know the law enforcement there would love to respond, but because of Governor Sherrill’s behavior what the governor is doing, she’s not allowing public officers and state officers to respond.”
