In a shocking example of verified voter fraud, two men were convicted in a case tied to the 2021 mayoral election in Millbourne, PA. Nurul Hasan, former council vice president, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for 33 charges, including conspiracy and fake voter registration, despite losing the election. Another man, Rafikul Islam, a former council member, received 12 months and one day for seven similar charges.
Explaining his decision, Judge Harvey Bartle III emphasized the severity of undermining the integrity of our elections. Additionally, Munsur Ali, another council member, is awaiting sentencing on June 26 for 25 charges, highlighting ongoing concerns about election integrity.
For context, conservatives, including Trump, have long sounded the alarm about the significant security issues with voting security, especially in swing states. However, the Democrats and their allies in the mainstream media have downplayed these concerns despite the mounting tide of evidence.
In any case, Judge Harvey Bartle III slammed the men for their grave crimes, saying, “In the court’s view, there are very few crimes in our federal code which are more serious than what you have committed. What you have done is undermine our democratic process.”
Explaining the details of the case, the Indictment stated, “The defendants’ efforts to steal the election for defendant MD NURUL HASAN were ultimately unsuccessful, as defendant HASAN still lost the general election by a vote of approximately 165 to 138.”
Building on this point, the U.S. Attorney’s Office issued a press release, which stated, “Hasan … pleaded guilty in April to all 33 charges against him — one count of conspiracy, 16 counts of giving false information in registering to vote, and 16 counts of fraudulent voter registration. He was sentenced to 36 months in prison, one year of supervised release, and a $3,300 special assessment.”
Continuing, the document declared, “Former council member MD Rafikul Islam … pleaded guilty in April to all seven charges against him — one count of conspiracy, three counts of giving false information in registering to vote, and three counts of fraudulent voter registration … sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison, one year of supervised release, $1,000 fine, and a $700 special assessment.”

Concluding the press release, the U.S. Attorney’s Office described how, “Ali, a member of the Millbourne Borough Council, pleaded guilty in April to all 25 charges against him — one count of conspiracy, 12 counts of giving false information in registering to vote, and 12 counts of fraudulent voter registration. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26.”
As we reported, similar cases of voter fraud are all too common. The Ohio Secretary of State, Frank LaRose, referred 41 individuals for potential prosecution across eight states and Washington, D.C., following an investigation that identified 30 non-citizen voters, as well as 11 individuals who allegedly voted in multiple jurisdictions.
Explaining his findings, LaRose said, “We must send a clear message that election fraud won’t be tolerated. The only way to maintain Ohio’s high standard of election integrity is to enforce the law whenever it’s broken.”
Defending his actions from the mainstream media, he said, “Critics of Ohio’s election integrity efforts may try to minimize the significance of these referrals, as though some small amount of election crime is acceptable. Even one illegal vote can spoil the outcome of an election for the citizenry at large, whether it be a school levy, majority control of a legislative chamber, or even a statewide election contest.”
