Speaking during an interview with Fox News Channel on Sunday, August 24, interim U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba went ballistic and sounded off on two notorious RINO Senators by name for blocking her confirmation, thus leaving her position in limbo as she tries to fight lawbreaking leftists.
As background, Habba nearly immediately went after U.S. Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) in a high-profile case after being appointed to the position, trying to get the congresswoman convicted for the incident in which she attacked a federal officer during a protest that turned into a riot at a federal immigration facility in New Jersey.
So, Habba is trying to oversee the case against Rep. McIver while also struggling with the RINOs refusing to confirm her nomination. The issue is a major problem, as U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, who was appointed by Obama, said in a ruling on Thursday, August 21, that Habba “is not lawfully holding the office of United States Attorney.” Further, he ruled that she hasn’t had legal authority for the position since July 1.
Though Trump has tried to give her an extra 120 days as interim appointee, the Senate Judiciary Committee is still holding up her nomination. So, she appeared on Fox News on Sunday to slam and expose them, seemingly with the hope that enough pressure would force them to back off and usher her through the process.
Beginning the conversation, host Maria Bartiromo called out the notorious and fortunately retiring RINO Thom Tillis, saying, “Thom Tillis, a member of the Judiciary Committee, has stated publicly that if Chairman Grassley tried moving a district judge or US attorney through the Judiciary Committee without a blue slip, he would oppose that nominee. And that means we would not even have the votes to pass a nomination like Habba out of committee because Tillis would vote no along with the Democrats.”
Responding, Habba slammed the RINO and noted that this sort of obstreperousness without a point is exactly what Tillis and other RINOs like him are known for, saying, “You know, they’re trying to look at this as they all need to get along to go along, but they’re not looking at what this does.”
She added, further commenting on the matter, “The president was rightfully voted in by a majority of Americans, and he is entitled to pick his U.S. attorneys, his Department of Justice officials, his judges, so that we can continue the agenda that the American public voted for, which is to get rid of crime.”

Further, Habba noted that she has gone after criminals with a vengeance, which Republicans should theoretically support, saying, “In the state of New Jersey in June alone, we arrested over 300 criminals, illegals, rapists. What is so bad about that work? The truth is, it has nothing to do with the work that we’re doing. It has nothing to do with the crime that we’re stopping. It has to do with trying to prevent President Trump from continuing his agenda, and it has to stop.”
Then, naming the other RINO involved in holding up her confirmation, she snapped, “So I would say to Senator Tillis and Senator Grassley, you are becoming part of the issue. You are becoming part of the antithesis of what we fought for four years, the same reason Tish James just got overturned in the appellate division, because it was a hoax, and it was misused and abusive power and we cannot allow and promote that kind of behavior. It is not just about me, it is about people across the country, US attorneys across the country that just want to do right by Americans that voted for President Trump.”
