The latest cause du jour for the Black Lives Matter movement, which has taken a relative backseat to the LGBT agenda during the Biden presidency, leaped into action the moment a young white male attempted to subdue a black man “behaving erratically and showing aggression” on a New York City subway car.
Former Marine Daniel Penny found himself in the BLM crosshairs, along with Squad members AOC and Ayanna Pressley, after his restraint of Jordan Neely ended in Neely’s unfortunate death.
Immediately, the typical actors on the left ascribed a racial motive to the killing despite no evidence whatsoever to that effect.
“Jordan Neely was murdered,” AOC wrote on her Twitter account. “But bc Jordan was houseless and crying for food in a time when the city is raising rents and stripping services to militarize itself while many in power demonize the poor, the murderer gets protected w/ passive headlines + no charges. It’s disgusting.”

She added in a second tweet more of the same verbal nothingness, suggesting that Penny was emboldened, and might walk free, because “when a public murder happens that reinforces exisiting power structures” that people in power can simply “look the other way.”
“It is appalling how so many take advantage of headlines re: crime for an obsolete “tough on crime” political, media, & budgetary gain, but when a public murder happens that reinforces existing power structures, those same forces rush to exonerate&look the other way. We shouldn’t,” the congresswoman wrote.
Perhaps AOC should read most mainstream news pieces because it hardly seems like everyone “in power” is rushing to the former Marine’s defense.
Squad colleague Ayanna Pressley was no better. Imagining his relatively young age was somehow an excuse to terrorize subway riders, she began by commenting on him being just 30 years old before immediately saying he was lynched.
“He was 30 years old,” Pressley wrote on Twitter. “Black men deserve to grow old—not be lynched on a Subway because they were having a mental health crisis. Jordan deserved better. Accountability now.”

“What evidence do you have that race played a factor in the incident? Him being black is a fact, not necessarily a factor. Any more than the active arrest warrant for his felony assault is a fact, but not necessarily a factor in the incident,” lawyer-turned-vlogger Viva Frei wrote. “Or do you just throw around horrendously race-baiting terminology that degrades actual acts historical racial violence as a standard operating procedure?”
Here is the latest video showing what happened after the restraint ended, with Penny seeking to help the man, and as the Post Millenial suggests, showing some possible movement.
Why isn’t the media covering the fact that Daniel Penny was complemented by other passengers and also put Jordan Neely in the recovery position?
Seems like key details to leave out. pic.twitter.com/hA8qSNtrCu

Commenting on this video, popular account Cernovich stated that “Twitter is saving another innocent life from far left wing domestic terrorists and their Soros funded DA’s.”
The Post Millenial described the incident as well as the revelations of the latest released video, writing:
Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old violent homeless man and repeat offender with over 40 prior arrests, died on Monday after Penny, 24, had placed him into a chokehold on the F train. Neely had reportedly started behaving erratically and showing aggression towards other passengers.
The unearthed full footage revealed passengers complimenting Penny for taking action. It also shows Penny and one other passenger arranging Neely’s body in the “recovery position” in an attempt to ensure that he would be okay. A passenger off screen can be heard saying “he’ll be alright.” Neely appears to be moving late in the video.
If that last part is true, Penny might not only be absolved of any crime, which one could argue he should be anyways, but he might be due the Nicholas Sandmann and Kyle Rittenhouse treatment. These race-hustling phonies had better lawyer up.
