In a powerful post on his Truth Social social media platform, President Donald Trump went nuclear on the Biden-era Department of Justice (DOJ) for its absurd and unjust attacks on Charlie Kirk, who was recently assassinated, and Turning Point USA, which Kirk founded to help bring college kids over to the conservative side of politics.
For reference, President Trump’s post came after Sen. Chuck Grassley exposed the operation targeting Kirk in a Senate hearing in which he sounded off on the “Operation Arctic Blast” that went after conservatives. He said, “Some examples of the groups the Wray FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorneys General Association and Trump political groups.”
Then, explaining how Mr. Kirk’s TPUSA was included in the DOJ lawfare and investigation campaign, he said, “In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under the investigative scope of Arctic Frost. On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA.”
It was in reference to that exposition of the Biden DOJ’s misdeeds that President Trump sounded off on Truth Social, adding the detail that the much-despised Jack Smith was involved in the investigation. He began by saying, “Why was the wonderful Turning Point under INVESTIGATION by “Deranged” Jack Smith and the Corrupt & Incompetent Biden Administration.”
Continuing, he called out the Biden DOJ for being involved in lawfare on behalf of Biden against effective political conservatives, such as both Charlie and the president himself. Trump said, “They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business. They Weaponized the Justice Department against Sleepy Joe Biden’s Political Opponents, including ME!”
Further, he sounded off on his own criminal case and the glaring conflict of interest allowed in it, saying, “They allowed the daughter of a Judge, on one of the corrupt trials against me, to become the biggest fund raiser for Biden and Kamala, making many Millions of Dollars for herself and her family, but with her father, the Judge, not only refusing to RECUSE himself, but putting a gag order on me, not allowing ANY talk about their family corruption and unprecedented conflict of interest.”
Concluding the post, he further slammed the investigation and trial he faced, and called for the “corrupt judge” to face legal accountability, saying, “Every leading legal analyst and pundit said this trial was wrong and should not have been allowed to go forward. But it did because of a Corrupt Judge who will hopefully pay a very big price for his illegal actions, someday!”

Meanwhile, Trump also posted about the Antifa matter, and noted that he is declaring Antifa to be a terrorist organization, a move that will open a great many doors in the attempt to take it down. He began, “I am pleased to inform our many U.S.A. Patriots that I am designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.”
Continuing, the president indicated the biggest aspect of this, the targeting of the Antifa funders, by saying, “I will also be strongly recommending that those funding ANTIFA be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the highest legal standards and practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
