Trump Again Goes Nuclear on Rogue Judges for Their Stunningly Anti-American Rulings

Posting on his Truth Social social media platform, President Donald Trump went nuclear on the woke courts and rogue judges who are doing their best to hold his policy hostage, pointing out that, if their rulings are allowed to stand, the anti-American outcomes that will happen because of those rulings will be disastrous for the country.

As background, the president’s angry comments came after a trade court based in Manhattan ruled against his tariffs, declaring them to be an unconstitutional exercise of his power and saying that he needed to undo them and wait for Congress to either pass the tariffs or expand his authority. President Trump, predictably, didn’t take that well.

In his June 1 post on the subject, the president first said that the judges would allow foreign nations to hold America hostage through trade policy that takes advantage of our lack of tariffs, saying, “If the Courts somehow rule against us on Tariffs, which is not expected, that would allow other Countries to hold our Nation hostage with their anti-American Tariffs that they would use against us.”

Continuing, he noted that America faces a very dire future if those judges are allowed to do what they want and eradicate his tariffs. In fact, he alleged that “economic ruination” is on the horizon if the tariffs are eliminated. He said, “This would mean the Economic ruination of the United States of America!”

This wasn’t the president’s first series of comments on the rogue judges trying to dismantle his tariff policy. In another post that more closely followed the trade court ruling, he said, “The U.S. Court of International Trade incredibly ruled against the United States of America on desperately needed Tariffs but, fortunately, the full 11 Judge Panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court has just stayed the order by the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade.”

He added, on that same point, that it appears to be Trump Derangement Syndrome that is leading to their terrible rulings, saying, “Where do these initial three Judges come from? How is it possible for them to have potentially done such damage to the United States of America? Is it purely a hatred of “TRUMP?” What other reason could it be?”

Later in that post, after raking the Federalist Society over the coals for giving him bad recommendations on what judges to pick for the federal judiciary, the president said much the same thing as in his more recent post about how America faces ruin without proper tariff policies.

He said, making that claim, “In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get. It is the difference between having a rich, prosperous, and successful United States of America, and quite the opposite. The ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, and so political! Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse this horrible, Country threatening decision, QUICKLY and DECISIVELY.”

It’s not just rogue judges who are threatening Trump’s tariff policies. RINOs are as well, as one recently went on CBS to announce:
