Trump Admin Exposes, Skewers Sanctuary County for Putting American Lives at Risk after Illegal Aliens It Released Slay Young Mother

In yet another awful incident that should have been entirely avoided, and indeed would have been entirely avoided had the government running America’s sanctuary counties and cities been putting America first rather than illegal aliens first, two illegal aliens were caught and accused of slaying a 24-year-old mother in March of 2026.

Making the incident all the more awful is that, as the Trump Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed, the California county involved in the incident has received detainer requests from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the two illegal aliens who are accused of the horrible killing.

For reference, the county involved in the incident is Santa Clara County. There, two illegal aliens–Franquin Inestroza-Martinez and Gerzon Jose Chirinos-Munguia, both of whom are originally from Honduras–have been arrested for the killing of a woman named Kembery Chirinos-Flores in January of this year.

Chirinos-Flores was 24 years old at the time she was slain with a shotgun, allegedly at the hands of the two men. She had a five-year-old child with Chirinos-Munguia, who had been arrested multiple times in 2018 and 2019 for battery, domestic battery, threatening crime, and false imprisonment.

Despite the slew of crimes for which he was arrested, Chirinos-Munguia was not deported from the country, or even locked up and taken off the streets. Instead, as was revealed by DHS, the crime-committing illegal alien was released back into California without ICE being notified. That happened after both the 2018 and 2019 arrests.

Yet worse, Chirinos-Munguia’s alleged accomplice, Inestroza-Martinez was also an alleged criminal who had been neither locked up nor deported. Instead, though Inestroza-Martinez had an outstanding arrest warrant against him over the homicide of a 55-year-old in March 2025, he too was out on the streets. He had been deported beforehand, in 2013 and 2018, yet was back in the country regardless.

Such is what DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis revealed to Fox News Digital in a real jaw-dropper of a statement about the whole incident. Bis said, “A man lost his life, and a child is now without a mother. These illegal aliens should have never been able to commit these horrific killings and must NEVER be released from jail into American communities.”

That wasn’t all. Bis went on to hammer the county for refusing to work with ICE to protect American citizens even from illegal aliens who are accused of homicide, refusing to even notify ICE that the alleged murderers are being released, saying, “Instead of cooperating with ICE, Santa Clara sanctuary politicians REFUSED to honor ICE’s arrest detainer and will not notify ICE when these murderers are released from jail.”

Continuing on much that same note, Bis argued that it is utter “insanity” that sanctuary jurisdictions like Santa Clara County won’t even work with ICE to protect American citizens from those accused of outright homicide, saying, “This insanity of refusing to turn cold-blooded killers over to ICE must end.”

Watch Karoline Leavitt skewer another sanctuary city official, Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner, for threatening to jail ICE agents as a way of fighting for illegal aliens against Americans:
