Tim Allen is once again pushing back on Pamela Anderson’s sensational accusation that he flashed her while on the set of the iconic television series Home Improvement.
As previously reported by The American Tribune, Anderson released a new memoir and included details of an encounter with the lead star Allen introducing himself to the new Tool Girl. While the book has not yet been published, an excerpt was obtained and released by Variety.
“On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly — completely naked underneath,” Anderson wrote in the excerpt printed by Variety.
“He said it was only fair because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably,” she continued.
Tim Allen, for his part, denied the claim made by Anderson in the book, telling Variety “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing.”
Now, Allen is doubling down on his rejection of the claim, telling the Daily Mail that “everyone at ABC is a little disappointed in her…memory.”
“She was a great co-worker, I’ll tell you that. She’s a fun girl. Everybody loved her,” Allen said, before addressing the situation on everyone’s minds.
“Everybody at ABC is a little disappointed in her… memory, put it that way,” he said. “All of us at Disney/ABC, really.”
Allen continued insisting Anderson was a “good girl” with a poor “memory” as he extricated himself from the interview and exited in a car.
The American Tribune noted that Allen’s name has surfaced a lot lately in the news. One can fairly wonder if the attack on Allen is coming at a curious time given his outspoken stance on various culture wars taking place simultaneously.
Allen has been a vocal participant on Twitter 2.0 and using the free speech platform to voice concerns and crack jokes, while also starring in a Christmas film whose intentions were to put “Christ” back into Christmas.
Allen is one of Hollywood’s few conservatives. Recently, he has not only hilariously mocked Hunter Biden on Twitter, making full use of the free speech afforded by Elon’s control of the social media platform, but has also worked on putting Christ back in Christmas.
That came with a show Allen was doing for Disney. Speaking about it and how he got Christ back in Christmas through the show, he said: “It originally had a lot of otherworldly characters, and ghosts, and goblins. I said no, this is Christ-mas. Its Christ-mas. It literally is a religious holiday. We don’t have to blow trumpets, but I do want you to acknowledge it. That’s what this is about. If you want to get into Santa Claus, you’re gonna have to go back to history, and it’s all about religion.”
For her part, Anderson has continued swinging the wrecking ball with wild accusations of inappropriate behavior. After launching an assault on Allen, she turned her attention to Sylvester Stallone with similar remarks.
