Three Frontier Airlines Agents Fired after Mocking Customer, Refusing to Let Him on Flight [WATCH]

Three trashy employees for Frontier Airlines were fired after a viral video showed them mocking and degrading a customer. Frontier confirmed that the women had been fired after a massive social media firestorm called for their termination.

For context, many consumers feel frustrated with the declining standards in air travel, specifically after the pandemic. Many users have noted poor customer service, increased fees, and massive delays and cancellations.

In any case, the man at the center of the controversy spoke to the New York Post on May 7, 2025, to explain the situation. The customer says that he was asking a question about a hidden fee when “They all kind of started chiming in, ‘Well, you should have checked the website.’ Like not in a professional or polite way. They were like, ‘It was your fault for not checking the website. Sorry, it’s on you.’”

Frustrated by their unprofessional outburst, he finally snapped, saying, “I’m never flying this sh—y airline again.” This reaction kicked off a massive freak out: “When I said that, the lady I was talking to took a step back and gasped, and was like, ‘How dare you curse at me? I’m not checking you in. I don’t have to check you in.’ And my reaction was, ‘You will check me in.’ I think those were the words that I used.”

Describing the Frontier workers’ hysterical reaction, he explained, “And when I said that, she completely just went — I don’t know if ‘ballistic’ is the word, but essentially she shut off completely and absolutely refused to check me in.”

After the public meltdown, the man described speaking to police officers who backed him up. The man reported, “I had a very, very professional conversation with two officers who were there and were completely empathetic. They 100% seemed to agree with where I was coming from. I asked them, off the record, essentially, am I being ridiculous here? And they both with serious expressions, sympathetic expressions, shook their heads, ‘No, we see these sorts of disagreements with this airline frequently, and this is probably not going to be the last one.”

Following public pressure, Frontier Airlines confirmed that the rowdy women had been terminated. Frontier spokesperson said, “We are aware of what occurred and have been directly in touch with the customer. The individuals in question, who work for a third-party contractor, are no longer associated with the Frontier account.”

Users expressed their outrage in the comments under a clip of the incident posted to X. One such comment read, “I have never flown Frontier. The behavior of all the employees in this video was deplorable! Wow! I hope this is a wake-up call to the management team! They need to be more selective on who they hire, and the training definitely needs to be customer-centric. That was BANANAS!!. Another user chimed in, “I Am very glad the airline removed those two disrespectful employees. They think that just because they are on the other side of the counter, they have the right to mistreat customers. Well done, Frontier.”
