“They Spit, We Hit”: Trump Vows Harsh Response to Rioters as LA Chaos Heats Up [WATCH]

Confidently answering questions from reporters, President Donald Trump has unequivocally condemned the violent anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles and vowed that his administration will restore order to the Democrat-controlled city. In his remarks, the president described the mobs as “insurrectionists” and promised to punish the instigators.

For context, starting on June 7, 2025, violent mobs have plunged the city of Los Angeles into mass lawlessness reminiscent of the 2020 riots. Allegedly protecting the actions of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the mobs have burned cars, assaulted officers, and burned flags. Unsurprisingly, Democrats have slyly used these violent protests to advance their anti-Trump agenda.

Explaining his reaction to the dramatic scenes of lawlessness, President Trump stated, “I see those protests spreading to other cities, Chicago, New York, for example, in the next few days, yes, we’re going to be watching it very closely. And when they spit at people, you know, they spit. That’s their new thing. They spit.”

Adding more context, Trump said, “And worse, you know what they throw at them, right? And when that happens, I have a little statement. They say they spit. We hit, and I know them, nobody’s going to spit on our police officers, nobody’s going to spit on our military, which they do, is a common thing.”

Describing the shameful actions of the violent anti-ICE protestors, the president explained, “They get up to them this far away, and then they start spitting in their face. That happens. They get hit very hard in the rules engagement. See what happens if we think there’s a serious insurrection, or less than that, we’re going to have law and order.”

Defining his terms, Trump described how these violent protests are an insurrection, saying, “You have to really just have to look at the site. You have to see what’s happening. Last night in Los Angeles, we watched it very closely. There was a lot of violence there.”

Showing off the scope of California’s dysfunction, he said, “There was a lot of violence, and it could have gotten much worse. You have an incompetent governor. Just take a look at the train stations that he’s building, like 20 times over budget.”

Concluding his remarks, Trump explained the ultimatum he had given to the far-left Governor Gavin Newsom. He said, “Nobody’s ever seen anything like it. So I did call him the other night. I said, Look, you got to take care of this. Otherwise, I’m sending in the [military.]”

Echoing these remarks, Stephen Miller, an influential Trump advisor, blasted the democrat controled city. He said, “Los Angeles is all the proof you need that mass migration unravels societies. You can have all the other plans and budgets you want. If you don’t fix migration, then nothing else can be fixed — or saved.”
