In potentially momentous news for those wanting to see the various villains of the Biden presidency, such as Hunter Biden, Liz Cheney, and Dr. Fauci, face justice, it was just announced that DOJ pardon attorney Ed Martin is beginning an investigation of the flood of last minute pardons signed by former President Joe Biden in his final days in office. The basis of the investigation is that those pardons were allegedly signed by an autopen, not the president himself.
As background, Mr. Martin was formerly the interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, and his Senate confirmation for that role was torpedoed by RINOs in the Senate. He now is the pardon attorney for the DOJ and is the chief of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s weaponization [of government] working group.
He is now set to investigate the pardons issued from the Biden White House in the final days of the Biden Administration, as the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project report revealed that a huge number of documents bearing the former president’s signature appear to have been signed by autopen rather than the president’s hand, casting their validity in doubt.
Martin, commenting on the matter of the autopen controversy during a press conference on Tuesday, May 13, said, “I do think that the Biden pardons need some scrutiny. And they need scrutiny because we want pardons to matter and to be accepted and to be something that’s used correctly. So I do think we’re going to take a hard look at how they went and what they did.”
Continuing, he noted that more research and investigation needs to be done, but they could be found null and void. He said, “If they’re null and void, I’m not sure how that operates, but I can tell you we’ve had already, I’ve had in my current position, or my position as US Attorney, we had been taking a look at some of the conduct surrounding the pardons and the Biden White House.”
Martin further added that, regardless of whether certain people can be charged, they will be called out. He said, “There are some really bad actors, some people that did some really bad things to the American people. And if they can be charged, we’ll charge them. But if they can’t be charged, we will name them, and we will name them. And in a culture that respects shame, they should be people that are shamed. And that’s a fact. That’s the way things work, and so that’s how I believe the job operates,”
Further, appearing on Vince Coglianese’s show, Martin exposed that the pardons could be corrupt, given all they covered and the stunning timeframe, saying, “Never seen pardons of this scope, and it looks like they could be corrupt. They were so specific. Back 14 years.. covering everything.” Watch him here:

President Trump, for his part, has insisted that he will consider the pardons null and void. Doing so in a Truth Social post, he wrote, “The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”
He added, “Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”
