Henry Winkler, known only because of a sit-com role that came to an end way back in 1984, chimed in on Georgia’s Senate run-off election featuring Democrat incumbent Raphael Warnock and former football great Republican challenger Herschel Walker in a tweet Tuesday morning.
If anyone thought Winkler had any remaining humanity or common sense, those notions evaporated as quickly as you could say “Hey.” Writing on Twitter, Winkler stated that the election comes down not to issues, but speaking complete sentences.
GEORGIA : It’s not about Party … ITS about being able to form a full sentence . VOTE WARNOCK

No doubt, this washed up loser voted for Joe Biden. American can be summed up in one word. You know the thing. Anyways…come on, man. Yep, that Joe Biden. There’s then the maddening fact that Pennsylvania just elected John Fetterman – with the full backing of Hollywood and the entertainment industry – despite suffering a stroke so debilitating he can’t even do interviews and debates with a computer screen reading the questions and answers.
Let’s not get started on forming full sentences. Heck, Nancy Pelosi and Amy Klobuchar shake so badly and with such uncomfortable staccato that you’re waiting for the batteries to be replaced every time they speak.
Donald Trump spoke clearly and hilariously, and yet they hated him. So it’s clearly not about speech.
Despite what Winkler professes to know, the election is only about party lines. The crucial Senate race will either keep the Senate at 50-50 and maintain the current, if tentative, balance of power. If Republicans lose, then the shift of power goes decidedly 51-49, meaning all committees will be helmed by the despotic Democrats.
The real story is not how clueless and hypocritical Winkler is, it’s about how they can get away with overtly racist statements. Joe Biden said Barack Obama was articulate in 2008; now, Winkler is saying Walker is inarticulate. Indeed, as Red State said:
Plus, it’s just a lie, Walker has no problem forming complete sentences. Winkler’s attack sounds a bit racist and anti-Southern.
We don’t have to play the what-if game here, as in can you imagine this story line if it played out in the other direction. Attacks on John Fetterman were labeled as ableist and we were reliably told by fake news outlets that it would be good to have the disabled population represented in Congress. So there’s that. But imagine if Fetterman were black and unable to form sentences? Forget ableism, the charges of racism could have burned down cities.
At the end of the day, though, control for the Senate cannot be overstated. This should be the only issue Walker and Republicans run on; forget what he does for Georgia; the U.S. Senate is not about representing state needs at this point. The U.S. Senate exists to exert influence on the American public via one of two major parties. It’s not ideal, but it’s the reality. Either Democrats control the Senate or Republicans do. Simple as that.
Rupar does another disinfo
Walker explains, correctly, in this clip that Senate committees are evenly split between parties in a 50/50 Senate, while in a 51/49 Senate, Dems have majority control in committees.
