“Thank Goodness He Is Finally Retiring”: MAGA Continues Celebrating Notorious RINO’s Decision to Finally Retire after He Again Attacks Trump [WATCH]

In a hilarious moment from social media, Derrick Evans, a former January 6th prisoner and candidate for office in West Virginia, posted a clip of the infamous RINO Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) stumbling over his words while condemning President Trump, using it to hammer the longtime RINO of a senator.

For context, Senator McConnell announced he will not run again, prompting widespread celebrations on social media and under Evans’ post. Even President Trump, in a recent interview, has slammed McConnell for his weak record and political treachery.

In any case, Derrick Evans took to X (formerly Twitter) to post the bizarre clip. “Mitch McConnell is a geriatric RINO: Thank goodness he is finally retiring,” the conservative posted. In the short video attached to the same post, a reporter asked the controversial Swnator about Trump’s economy.

The reporter began, “Senator McConnell, a question about tariffs. He called it a bad policy back in February. Did you have any conversations with the President just about that impact, or what that looks like here in Kentucky, or talk to him about it being a bad policy at all?”

Responding, the aging politician answered, “My hearing is not what it used to be.” The reporter asked again, “Tariffs. Senator, your comment is about tariffs. Tariffs. Comment about tariffs.” Answering the confused and elderly RINO said, ‘I’m not a fan of tariffs.”

In the comments under this post, conservatives blasted the so-called Republican. “He needs to do more than retire. He needs to immediately step down for the good of America,” one user wrote. Agreeing, another said, “Now if he’d take a few with him. All the Congresspeople who’ve served over 18 years, and the idiots. So, there would be like two senators and a couple of representatives left. Good start.”

As we reported in the American Tribune, Trump has recently expressed his anger with McConnell in a recent interview. “I was the one that got him to drop out of the leadership position, so he can’t love me. But he’s not voting against Bobby, he’s voting against me. But that’s all right. He endorsed me. You know that Mitch endorsed me, right?” he began.

Addressing persistent health rumors, the president said, “I don’t know anything about — he had polio, he had polio. I have no idea if he had polio. All I can tell you about him is he shouldn’t have been leader, he knows that. He voted against Bobby. He votes against almost everything. He’s a very bitter guy.”

Explaining how McConnell failed the GOP, he kept going. “We have a very strong party, and he’s almost not even really a very powerful member. … He’s lost his power. I feel sorry for Mitch. And I was one of the people that led — he wanted to go to the end, and he wanted to stay leader,” the president declared.

Concluding his comments, he said, “He’s not equipped, mentally. He wasn’t equipped 10 years ago, mentally, in my opinion. He let the Republican Party go to hell. If I didn’t come along, the Republican Party wouldn’t even exist right now. Mitch McConnell never really had it.”
