“Smoke Crack at the White House?” Reporter Trolls Brandon with Hilarious Question [WATCH]

Though tragic at the human level, Hunter Biden’s former addiction to crack cocaine has provided much fodder for Republicans and other enemies of the Biden Administration, particularly as they try to delegitimize its claims of being more “presidential” than the Trump Administration. Such was the case on Wednesday, February 21, when a reporter dropped a devastating troll of a question on President Biden.

As background, there is zero evidence that Hunter has smoked crack at the White House. However, Hunter has admitted to a many years-long battle with drug and alcohol addiction, with his drug of choice at one point being crack cocaine. That addiction has been in the news since the 2020 Hunter Biden laptop story, which showed numerous pictures and videos of him using substances such as crack.

In any case, the reporter put Hunter’s former addiction back in the news with his trollish question of Biden on Wednesday. Such was captured on video by Fox News. The viral video of the incident that emerged shows Biden walking into what appears to be the O’Neil House Office Building in DC as the press pool surrounds him. “Did Hunter smoke crack in the White House?” one reporter cries out. Biden does not respond.

Laura Loomer, adding a bit of context to the video and who asked the question, later posted, “That reporter is named @TheCharlesDowns and he works for me. He’s fabulous. And I am so glad he’s on my team at @LoomerUnleashed. Great work, Charles! You’re a star. 🌟”

There is no real allegation that Hunter used crack in the White House. However, cocaine powder was found in the West Wing of the White House in July of 2023, when President Biden was at Camp David. The bag of the cocaine was found in the lobby of the West Wing, which is an area used as a reception room for visitors. Whose cocaine it was was never discovered.

KJP refused to speculate on how the cocaine got there at the time, saying, at a White House press briefing around the time it was found, “I’m just not going to get into hypotheticals from here. Let the Secret Service do their job. It’s under their purview. We have confidence that they’ll get to the bottom of it.”

In any case, watch the video of Mr. Charles Downs trolling Biden with the question here:

Outside of the trollish moment, Wednesday was a long one for Biden, as his brother James appeared for a voluntary interview on Wednesday as part of the House’s impeachment investigation into Joe Biden. Speaking about his business activities and Biden’s (according to him) non-involvement, he said, “I have had a 50-year career in a variety of business ventures. Joe Biden has never had any involvement or any direct or indirect financial interest in those activities.”

James Biden also reportedly said, “With my appearance here today, the committees will have the information to conclude that the negative and destructive assumptions about me and my relationship with my brother Joe are wrong. There is no basis for this inquiry to continue.”
