“Should be Fired”: Elon Sounds Off on Disney CEO Over Company’s X Advertising Boycott

Elon Musk has remained on the offensive against Disney CEO Bob Iger, who he famously fired a vulgar tirade at during a recent conference, now saying that the executive should be fired for the bad decision he made in pulling Disney’s advertisements from X. Musk also raised questions as to why Disney has kept advertising on other platforms.

“Bob Eiger thinks it’s cool to advertise next to child exploitation material. Real stand up guy,” Elon said, referring to claims about the use of Meta by pedophiles.“Walt Disney is turning in his grave over what Bob has done to his company,” Elon continued. Then, calling explicitly for Iger to be fired, he said, “He should be fired immediately. Walt Disney is turning in his grave over what Bob has done to his company.”

Blasting an upcoming Disney film, the Snow White remake, Elon said, ‘”Snow Woke’ would be an awesome parody movie.” That came in response to a tweet from conservative X personality Ashley St. Clair which said, “I said it back in August…Disney is going in the gutter because consumers are sick and tired of having woke garbage shoved down their throats. Go woke, go broke!”

That came after Elon responded to another tweet from her. She said, “Walt Disney did not cryogenically freeze himself for this,” to which Elon replied by saying, “Indeed lol. He is turning in his grave (or cryo chamber) over what has become of his company.”

Similarly, Elon responded to a tweet from X influencer ALX in which ALX said, “Wonder what @RobertIger  thinks of this and if he thinks @Disney’s advertising relationship with Meta is a ‘positive one’.” The tweet to which ALX was referring came from Charlie Kirk, Founder of Turning Point USA, and in it, Kirk said:

“🚨New Mexico Democrat Attorney General Raúl Torrez has filed suit against Meta and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and associated entities, including Instagram and Facebook in an effort to curb child sexual exploitation on its platforms. The lawsuit reveals how these perverts use PIZZA as code for child porn to hide their criminal behavior. “Our investigation into Meta’s social media platforms demonstrates that they are not safe spaces for children but rather prime locations for predators to trade child pornography and solicit minors for sex,” AG Torrez said in a statement. Will advertisers be boycotting Meta now?!”

In any case, Elon responded to ALX by saying, “Why does Bob Eager advertise on Meta, but boycott 𝕏? Real question.” Replying, a commenter told him, “Elon.. you know the answer. He is boycotting you not X.” Elon responded by saying, “Exactly.”

In another post, Musk responded to Christian CEO Michael Seifert by saying, “Yeah, it’s insane” when Seifert said, “TikTok is fostering anti-Semitism and Meta is being sued for enabling child sex abuse on Facebook and Instagram. Yet the media attacks and advertiser boycotts are coming for X and @elonmusk. Apparently it’s a bigger crime to let people speak freely than to harbor child porn.”
