Woman BEHEADED In Broad Daylight In California, Suspect Was Known To Law Enforcement

Following a string of endless violence in communities throughout the country, a woman’s death in California is making news for the way in which she was murdered. A still-unidentified woman was beheaded by a man in the middle of the streets of San Carlos, a suburb located within the heart of Silicon Valley and situated between San Jose and San Francisco.

Early reports suggested her two small children witnessed the brutal attack, but thankfully that now seems not to have been the case. Still, the woman knew her killer and had filed a restraining order against him several months back. It’s as if criminals don’t care what the law says.

The Daily Wire described the scene of the crime. Though not mentioned, it appears the killer relied on a samurai sword to sever the victim’s head completely off her body.

A California woman’s head was severed by a sword-wielding maniac in broad daylight Thursday as witnesses watched in horror, police said.

The horrifying attack occurred in San Carlos, a small town about halfway between San Jose and San Francisco in the state’s wealthy Silicon Valley region. San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies found the victim dead just before noon after they were flagged down by a witness, KNTV reported. Her head had been cut off, according to the report.

One witness of the brutal crime scene, Chapel Thorborne, provided a sickening description of the aftermath of the killing, telling ABC7:

“The head was underneath the car and she was laying in the back of the car — just severed. After he cut her head off, he came walking up, him and his two friends. And they walked right by me and they arrested him.”

First responders to the scene were understandably shocked. San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Eamonn Allenl later told the same reporters at ABC7 of the department’s handling of the disturbing crime.

“As far as the shocking nature of it, I do know that the deputies that first arrived on scene were a little beset by the scene. We are providing them peer support. We are also providing support for the witnesses that were on scene as well because there were several civilian witnesses.”

The Post Millennial provided a more specific description of the attack and murder of the still-undentified victim:

The decapitation happened near Laurel Street and Magnolia Avenue in San Carlos, which is located in California’s silicon valley. Police deputies were flagged down around 11:50 am about a domestic violence incident and reports were coming in around 12:15 pm of the woman’s head being chopped off and of the children on scene. The San Mateo County

Sheriff’s Office said that they are still looking for the weapons, which they believe to be a samurai sword.
