Kash Patel, the current FBI director, spoke to Steve Bannon on War Room to discuss how Nancy Pelosi knowingly contributed to the J6 protests. He says that she deliberately worsened the riot to promote her political narrative. He says that Pelosi, along with Mayor Bowser of Washington, DC, rejected Trump’s suggestion for additional security.
Patel says that Pelosi knowingly hid this knowledge from the public. He also discusses how the deep state used FISA warrants to illegally surveil American citizens. Patel wants the public to be aware of how the Department of Justice (DOJ) uses these warrants to target their political opponents.
In the video, Nancy Pelosi is clearly panicked about what transpired and is terrified by the potential backlash. “We have responsibility…we did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have this is ridiculous. You’re going to ask me in the middle of the thing, but they’ve already breached the inaugural stuff that should we call the Capitol Police? I mean, the National Guard? Why weren’t the national guard there to begin with? They thought that they had sufficient there’s not a question of how they don’t know. They clearly didn’t know, and I take responsibility for not having them. Just prepare for more.”
He began by explaining why Pelosi made this decision. He said, “State, and what Pelosi and these corrupt government gangsters want to do is rob you of the truth. That’s been the message. There was no insurrection. They ginned it up. Pelosi was too busy filming her movie on January 6 in the halls of the Capitol. That’s how scared she was of everyone outside.”
The FBI director explained how this was part of a deliberate campaign of disinformation. He said, “And this is what the Deep State does. They buried it. Nancy Pelosi on January 6, was recording a movie. She as speaker, was making an image. She said on video, I’m responsible for the security failures of January 6, and the January 6 committee withheld that information for three years, as did she and she lied about it.”
Patel explained how he can prove his claims. He said, “We’ve got the receipts from Bowser in the book her own letter where Mayor Bowser rejects Donald Trump’s authorization of additional National Guard, and that’s just January 6. You have to remember these guys. Christopher Wray illegally surveilled Americans in the FISA court, 274,000 times in one year.”
He made a joke to illustrate his point, “That’s not my number. That’s the FISA courts number, because during government, again, a lot of people, a lot of people don’t even know what that term is, surveilled. Go over that real slow mo, to show the people that their liberties are at stake here. What is this surveilled thing? Everybody got one of these. Everybody’s got one.”

He also described how these warrants work. Patel said, “And when the Justice Department surveils You, like I did as a national security prosecutor, lawfully, they tap into your phone, they tap into your email, they go get your bank accounts, they get your shopping records, they get your credit card statements, they even sometimes look at your actual mail.”
He concluded by saying that these are tools designed for terrorists not citizens. Patel said, “That’s total surveillance, and that’s what the FISA court allows you to do. I used to use it to manhunt terrorists and people who wanted to do harm to United States of America. Christopher Wray and these corrupt government gangsters use it to surveil their political opponents. Of those, here’s the thing you might not know of those 274,000 illegally surveilled Americans by Chris Ray’s FBI. Do you know how many were working political campaigns? 40,000 nope, 40,000 that’s not my number. It’s in the FISA court report.”
