Comedian and actor Rob Schneider has been sounding off on the woke left as of lately. Most recently he has given a strong warning to the millions of people who are a part of the mass exodus fleeing the leftist state of California.
On a tweet from Monday, Schneider said, “Dear Former California Residents, YOU moved out of California for a reason; crime, out of control homelessness, taxes, your children being indoctrinated in schools, individual rights being trampled etc!”
He concluded the tweet by emphatically stating, “So please don’t vote the same way to replicate the same s**t you just left!”
Schneider recently made an appearance on “Fox & Friends” where he discussed his own move from California to Arizona. He is the latest example of many celebrities who are fleeing to find better opportunities in the country.
In the interview he stated, “I really feel like I don’t want the Democratic Party trying to run my life. And there’s not one aspect of your life that they don’t want to interfere with.” Rob stated that Arizona was “slightly freer”, influencing his decision to choose that state.
As a former San Francisco native, he illustrated how the crime and homelessness has ruined that city. Schneider hilariously joked, “San Francisco either has a huge homeless problem or a gigantic camping success story.”
The actor also lambasted the dogmatic groupthink that occurs within the Hollywood crowd. He claimed, “A lot of people that I’m friends in Hollywood, they lean towards the right, but they’re just scared of it because it really is like a mob of ideologues. They will attack you.” He has also been a vocal critic of how woke Hollywood ruined SNL. See the video of him discussing that with Glenn Beck below.

As previously mentioned, Rob Schneider is just one of many celebrities who are throwing in the towel and leaving greasy Gavin Newsome’s decaying state. Perhaps the most famous move was Joe Rogan, the father of podcasting, when he decided to set up shop in Austin. This was a decision which pulled many other high profile comedians with him. Other examples of celebrities leaving include Kim and Kanye West, Chris Hemsworth, Matthew McConaughey, Mark Walhberg, and others.
However, it’s not just celebrities who are tired of the nonsense. Between 2020 and 2021, roughly 6.1 million California residents packed up and left for greener pastures. This is likely for the exact reasons Schneider outlined.
Crime has gotten so bad in California’s cities and people are tired of the progressive “soft-on-crime” approaches many of the liberals take. An example of this frustration was the effort to recall Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, who many called “pro-criminal”.
California has also become the homeless capitol of the United States giving way to more crime and even a “poop crisis“.
It goes without saying the taxes are exorbitant and the cost of living is unbearable in many cities. California is the third most expensive state in the country, which would affect the average person. What’s really hitting the pockets of the celebrities is the fact that California has the highest taxes in the nation.
Then most recently, California had extremely draconian COVID lockdowns and regulations. This might have been the last straw for many residents looking to flee to a state that respects freedom, like Texas or Florida.
To all ex-Californians, please don’t bring your politics with you.
