Country music superstar Ella Langley, who radical leftists have been trying repeatedly to cancel for potentially being part of the MAGA movement and a supporter of slain activist Charlie Kirk, took home yet another Academy of Country Music Award. Langley took home the statue for Female Artist of the Year. During her acceptance speech, a teary-eyed Langley thanked the women in country music who helped her reach her goals.
Langley gave an individual shout-out to the other nominees in the category, which included Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, and Kelsea Ballerini. She did not, however, give a shout-out to Megan Moroney. “Thank you to the women in this category. To the women in this life,” Langley said. “This is a weird thing to do. And today, I was having a strange day … and I walked right into Lainey’s room, and I just got emotional, and she hugged me and wrapped me up and started praying for me.”
“And then all of a sudden, here comes Miranda Lambert in her little pink hat. Y’all, I would not be standing up here without encouragement from so many women. Kelsea, thank you so much for lovin’ on me,” Langely continued, going on to add, “Thank you to the women. I would not be standing up here without them. So, thank you.”
Later in the evening, Langley performed her hit single “Be Her,” scaling the popular tune down to just an acoustic guitar while sporting a white gown complete with rhinestones. The rising superstar also won an award for Song of the Year, according to Yahoo News. Langley has been the subject of controversy concerning her political views, despite the fact she’s been largely quiet about where she stands on divisive topics of the day.
However, certain clues have been dropped along her journey to the top that have made liberals believe that she’s a card carrying member of the MAGA movement. For example, someone discovered that she follows the official account for “The Charlie Kirk Show” on social media, which in the eyes of the left seemingly makes her icky.
In 2020, Langley shared a post on Facebook sporting a shirt that featured a checklist that included Democrat, Republican, and Country Music, with the latter being checked. The caption for the post read, “‘Hey Ella, what’s your political stance?’ Me: Casually looks down at my shirt.” Critics of the singer also point to the fact she’s performing as part of Kid Rock’s “Rock The Country” festival as evidence she’s a conservative.
Rock has been a very vocal proponent of President Donald Trump and his America First agenda. The description for the event describes it as being “where neighbors become friends, families come together under the wide-open sky, and folks from every walk of life share the simple joy of great music and good company.”

The festival hasn’t produced any material that explicitly states its political affiliation, but liberals say it’s obvious by looking at the artists who are performing where it stands on the political spectrum. Kid Rock and Jason Aldean, who is also a vocal supporter of President Trump, will be performing. Rap artist Ludacris was originally part of the tour but dropped out.
