RFK Jr.’s Children’s Charity Gets Huge News from Court, Can Sue Biden-Harris Admin Over Alleged Censorship

Recently, a federal judge ruled that former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can sue the Biden-Harris administration over allegations that it censored his Children’s Health Defense Charity, which has voiced skepticism over the safety of vaccines.  Kennedy claimed that the federal government had intentionally pressured social media platforms to suppress specific content that was deemed misinformation.

It was ultimately determined that RFK Jr. would likely “succeed” in his accusations against the government.  According to U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty in Louisiana, “The Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of content posted was caused by actions of Government Defendants, and there is a substantial risk that he will suffer similar injury in the near future.”

CHD general counsel Kim Rosenberg commented on the ruling while referencing a similar case brought against the government.  “Judge Terry Doughty carefully and clearly analyzed the law and facts and applied the framework from the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Murthy v. Missouri regarding standing,” she said.

Rosenberg continued, “The court also firmly found in plaintiffs’ favor that plaintiffs had not waived — and indeed had affirmatively raised — direct censorship claims in addition to listener claims.”  For context, Murthy v. Missouri was a case recently brought forth by Republican attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, arguing that the Biden administration had pressured social media companies to censor content.

RFK Jr. has also criticized the DNC for the “legal warfare” that he and former President Trump have allegedly endured in their campaign efforts. In a recent speech, Kennedy outlined the painstaking process required for him to appear on the ballot, during which time the Democratic Party waged an aggressive legal battle to combat his campaign simultaneously.

“The DNC waged continual legal warfare against both President Trump and myself,” he said. “Each time that our volunteers turned in those towering boxes of signatures needed to get on the ballot, the DNC dragged us into court, state after state, attempting to erase their work and disappear with the will of the voters, which signed those petitions.”

Furthermore, the former independent candidate slammed the DNC-influenced legal battles that have plagued Kennedy and Trump in their campaign efforts.  “It deployed DNC-aligned judges to throw me and other candidates off the ballot, and to throw President Trump in jail,” he continued.

Kennedy recently endorsed Trump after dropping out of the race and was introduced at a rally in Arizona, where the former president said, “Tonight, I am very pleased to welcome a man who has been an incredible champion for so many of these values we all share. For the past 16 months, Robert F. Kennedy Junior has run an extraordinary campaign for president of the United States. Had he been allowed to enter the Democrat primary, he would have beaten Joe Biden. His candidacy has inspired millions of Americans, raised critical issues that have been too-long ignored, and brought together people from across the political spectrum in a positive campaign grounded in the American values of his father, Robert Kennedy, and his uncle, President Kennedy. I believe they would both be very proud.”
