“Repeat the Line”: Biden Stumped by Teleprompter, Reads its Instructions [WATCH]

A recent clip of Joe Biden has circulated across social media, showing the president delivering yet another gaffe, which has become a ubiquitous phenomenon throughout his administration.  As Biden was speaking about an executive order regarding abortion access, he appeared to read teleprompter cues verbatim, stating, “Repeat the line” and “end of quote,” which were instructions not intended to be read aloud.

Biden said, “It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who registered to vote, and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so. End of quote. Repeat the line. Women are not without electoral and or, political, or maybe precise not, and, or, political power, power.”  Biden has had many similar instances in which the teleprompter has stumped him during his recent speeches.

The American Tribune recently reported on other concerning news surrounding President Biden, where a report claimed he was seen “visibly shaking” and unable to get from Air Force One to his vehicle without the assistance of his aides.  The Daily Mail’s Emily Goodwin reported on the incident, which occurred after Biden delivered a speech at the Democratic National Convention.

Goodwin’s report claimed, “As Joe Biden disembarked Air Force One in the early hours of Tuesday morning in California last week, he was visibly shaking.”  Goodwin continued, “Walking slowly down the plane’s stairs, he struggled to step up into the SUV waiting to take him to the 8,000-acre Santa Barbara ranch where he and his family have just enjoyed a week-long vacation. One of his Secret Service agents moved to shield him from the watching cameras, before giving him a helpful boost into the car.

Furthermore, it is alleged that First Lady Jill Biden appeared visibly concerned about her husband’s health as he struggled on the tarmac.  “On the tarmac, First Lady Jill Biden watched, visibly concerned. For her husband — who dropped out of the election race almost a month ago to the date — had just ended his exhausting journey . . .”

Concerns about Biden’s mental and physical health have been prevalent throughout the Biden-Harris administration.  However, after the disastrous presidential debate against Donald Trump in late June, Biden’s cognitive state became indefensible as many Democrats began calling for the president to withdraw from the race and pass the torch to another candidate.

The Tribune reported on a recent interview in which Biden seemingly admitted that fellow Democrats played a role in coercing him to drop out of the race.  There has been substantial speculation that top-ranking members of the party, such as Nancy Pelosi, led a pressure campaign to convince Biden to scrap his reelection bid.

Biden said, “The polls we had showed that it was the neck-and-neck race would have been down on the wire. But what happened was a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was going to hurt them in the races, and I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic you’d be interviewing about why did Nancy Pelosi say? Why did so and so…and I thought it’d be a real distraction.”
