In a breaking announcement, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose referred 41 individuals for potential prosecution across eight states and Washington, D.C., after an investigation by Ohio’s Election Integrity Unit. During the investigation, 30 non-citizen voters were identified, as well as 11 individuals who allegedly voted in multiple jurisdictions.
For context, conservatives, including Trump, have long sounded the alarm about the significant security issues with voting security, especially in deep blue areas. However, the Democrats and their allies in the mainstream media have downplayed these concerns despite the mounting tide of evidence.
In any case, Frank LaRose described the reason for the investigation in a June 3, 2025, article on FOX. He said, “We must send a clear message that election fraud won’t be tolerated. The only way to maintain Ohio’s high standard of election integrity is to enforce the law whenever it’s broken.”
Defending his actions from the mainstream media, he said, “Critics of Ohio’s election integrity efforts may try to minimize the significance of these referrals, as though some small amount of election crime is acceptable. Even one illegal vote can spoil the outcome of an election for the citizenry at large, whether it be a school levy, majority control of a legislative chamber, or even a statewide election contest.”
Concluding his remarks, the Ohio Secretary of State offered an example of how thin the margin of victory could be. LaRose described, “Just this last election, a single vote in Licking County decided the outcome of a local levy after the final certified count.”
As we reported, the Department of Government Efficiency has launched its own investigation into election integrity. For example, Antonio Gracias, a successful venture capitalist and close associate of Elon Musk who works with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), revealed that illegal aliens have been caught voting in our elections.
Explaining DOGE’s findings, he said, “So we have sampled a handful of states, and in those handful of states, we found people registered to vote, and we have found people who actually voted. And this is all being done by sampling.”

Digging in deeper, he revealed, “Okay, so we are sampling DHS data, and then have to go to the voter rolls, check the voter rolls, and then check the give that to HSI…, who goes and checks the voter record by subpoena and the and the voter in the cards you sign when you vote. We had already three arrests here in Florida, actually, and one and one indictment is that publicly known.”
Describing the specifics of the case he stated, “he legally secured social security numbers through the through the process talked about last time, yeah, asylum or some special program or whatever, and they were given, you know, they give an associate number by by filing a 765, and getting authorization,” adding, “And they registered to vote, and they actually voted in 2020, and or 2024 three have been arrested.”
Concluding his remarks, Antonio Gracias explained why election integrity is essential. He declared, “My guess is everyone here cares a lot. Okay, a lot about this. I think for some reason the news media doesn’t care …Here’s the reality, every vote that is cast illegally in America nullifies the vote of an American citizen. It is your constitutional right to vote in America, and if we don’t have a zero-defect system, we are violating your constitutional rights.”
