Radical leftists are trying their best to cancel new rising country music star Ella Langley as accusations continue to mount that she is a MAGA supporter and holds to conservative values. Once upon a time, country music itself was a genre deeply connected to such values and it was uncommon to find a true blue Democrat performing in the industry. But times have changed.
Langley, 26, has never made any public statements regarding her personal political beliefs, nor has she publicly endorsed any candidates. Many observers say there is evidence of the singer aligning with President Donald Trump and his America First agenda. One such piece of evidence, according to critics, is her scheduled performance at MAGA supporter Kid Rock’s Rock the Country music festival.
Kid Rock, 55, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, is well-known for his support of President Trump. Langley also revealed that she has a new song featuring a collaboration with Morgan Wallen on her new album “I Can’t Love You Anymore,” which is soon to be released. Wallen has remained mostly silent when it comes to politics and has not come out in favor of any political candidates either. But he, too, has been accused of being MAGA.
Other headliners of the festival include Rock himself and country music sensation Jason Aldean, who has also publicly supported the president. The festival is slated to make its way across the United States, despite several dates in South Carolina being canceled. The tour is scheduled to begin on May 1 and features “seven massive shows” in “seven small towns.”
According to a report from The Express, Wallen sparked controversy when he was caught allegedly using a racial slur toward a white friend after a night of hard drinking in 2021, which critics say serves as evidence that he, too, is a member of the MAGA movement and a supporter of President Trump. Users on social media discovered that Langley was following The Charlie Kirk Show on TikTok, which, again, they say is evidence of the singer’s political leanings.
Kirk, a well-known activist and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated in September 2025. Kirk and his organization would put on events at college campuses around the country, inviting students to come and openly challenge his conservative views. Not interested in name-calling or extreme rhetoric, Kirk attempted to have civil conversations and treat those who disagreed with him with respect.
Charlie Kirk was shot and killed during an event at Utah Valley University by Tyler Robinson, a man who was pro-transgender and dating a transgender partner, who was angry with Kirk’s views on the issue. Other critics of Langley, according to a report from Yahoo News, point to a Facebook post from 2020 as being clear evidence she is conservative.

In the post, Langley is featured in a t-shirt that has a checklist including the words Democrat, Republican, and Country Music, with the latter being checked. The caption for the post says, “‘Hey Ella, what is your political stance?’ Me: ‘Casually looks down at my shirt.'” Conservatives say the shirt just indicates that she’s not interested in politics, but wants to create music that appeals to the human condition.
