Elon Jumps into Transgender Debate, Demands “Prison” for Those Who “Sterilize” Kids

Should doctors be able to perform gender transition surgeries on or provide hormone replacement therapy to children? Should that “gender-affirming care,” as the left calls it, even be legal for minors? According to Elon Musk, it should not be and those who perform it should go to jail.

Such is what he said in a post on Twitter, saying “Any parent or doctor who sterilizes a child before they are a consenting adult should go to prison for life.” That’s something of a change from 2020, when he  tweeted: “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare”

Agreeing with Elon but taking it a step further, Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton said, “No patient (child/guardian or adult) can truly give informed consent to radical mutilating procedures and experimental hormone treatments promoted by transgender extremists. That these procedures may be allowed by law or medical bodies is an urgent failure that must be addressed.”

Oli London, author of Gender Madnesssaid, , “Thank you for sharing your voice to protect children Elon! Your words will help many people wake up and see the irreparable harm medical transitions on minors is doing.”

Another commenter on Elon’s post argued, “It is possible to intentionally raise a child to be Trans. The “born that way” paradigm is wrong. Parents who are encouraging their children to be trans are child abusers.”

Yet another added “These are children, they are very confused and still developing physically. Chemically castrating them while their bodies and minds are still rapidly developing can ruin them for the rest of their lives. We cannot give in to social pressure, we must be good parents first.”

Elon famously has a transgender kid, something that might have been responsible for pushing him to the right. The New York Post, reporting on the transgender kid, said:

Billionaire Elon Musk’s transgender daughter has petitioned a California court to change her name and gender, according to reports.

Vivian, 18, who was born Xavier, announced her decision to change her gender and famous surname in order to lose any association with the Tesla and SpaceX founder.

The official reason stated by Vivian in the petition, which was shared online, is: “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”

Musk, the 50-year-old CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is the world’s richest person with an estimated net worth of $214 billion.

The teenager is changing her full name from Xavier Alexander Musk to Vivian Jenna Wilson, taking her mother’s last name, because “she wants to be recognized as female,” TMZ reported.

Elon Musk's 18-year-old daughter has filed to legally change her name to confirm to her gender identity.

Unfortunately, much of the left disagrees with Elon. The state of Washington’s legislature, for instance, just passed a bill that would allow shelters to hid the whereabouts of children who claim to be seeking gender transition from parents who don’t consent to such procedures being performed on their kids. The bill is yet to receive the governor’s signature, but versions of it have now been passed in both the Senate and House.
