Pam Bondi Brings the Heat with Serious Charges against Democrat Defendants who “Terrorized Tesla with Molotov Cocktails”

Speaking in the wake of a series of attacks upon Tesla cars and dealerships, United States Attorney General Pam Bondi announced her intention to use the full force of the law against far-left protestors implicated in those attacks. Her comments on holding the attackers accountable came on March X and followed President Trump’s vow to treat the attackers as domestic terrorists.

As background, leftists who are enraged by Telsa CEO Elon Musk’s historic accomplishments with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have organized a wave of protests, many of which have devolved into violence directed toward Tesla cars, owners, and dealerships.

Nick Sotor, a prominent conservative journalist, posted a letter from the Department of Justice, which explains how the attorney general will bring the hammer down on these violent protestors. The letter read,” Attorney General Pamela Bondi announced charges against three individuals responsible for the violent destruction of Tesla properties. All three defendants will face the full force of the law for using Molotov cocktails to set fire to Tesla cars and charging stations.”

The letter quoted Bondi and reiterated her unwavering promise to bring this violent mob to justice. She said, “The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended. Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”

In response to the unprecedented wave of terrorism, President Donald Trump decried the wanton violence to Fox News anchor Laura Ingram. He said, “I do think this is an act of domestic terrorism. When we catch those people, you will find out that they were paid by people who were very highly political on the left.”

The three defendants mentioned in the letter all used firebombs to destroy Tesla’s property in retribution for DOGE’s war on the deep state. The letter explains, “Each defendant faces serious charges carrying a minimum penalty of five years and up to 20 years in prison. The Department of Justice is committed to ending all acts of violence and arson directed at Tesla properties and otherwise.”

In Sotor’s original post, which was made on March 20, 2025, he explained how these ruffians are at the mercy of AG Pam Bondi. He posted, “🚨 #BREAKING: AG Pam Bondi announces “, SERIOUS” federal charges for three defendants who terrorized Tesla with Molotov cocktails…5-20 YEARS is what each of these defendants face. GOOD! More of this @AGPamBondi!”

Users responded to this tweet by advocating for the AG to punish the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law. One reply read, “These defendants need to be perp walked in a very, VERY public way, they need their bail hearings (and subsequent ones) to be televised, and they need to be made an example of. It needs to be enough to scare others from behaving similarly, if their sense of right and wrong won’t do it for them.”
