Imagine this crime scene: You’re watching police pull over a car on suspicions of drunk driving at 12:40am. Two law enforcement officers get out of their car, go to the driver, but leave the car momentarily after hearing a report a man is walking along the freeway in an effort to assist. Suddenly, the young woman with twice the legal blood alcohol content sees a window to escape and floors the gas pedal.
What happens is unclear, but is being reported as an accident. Allegedly, the intoxicated female driver – who is black and was being pulled over by two white officers – “accidentally” hit them with enough force that their bodies were thrown into oncoming traffic coming from the opposite direction. A third man, whom police originally went to help, was also killed in the melee.
As Fox News writes, that is the line of thought right now. What’s more, this woman was egregiously not charged with homicide after the corrupt and hopelessly woke Philadelphia District Attorney’s office dismissed those charges last JUne. Thankfully, they have been reinstated so that justice can be served.
Here is Fox covering the scene of the horrific crime.
The two troopers reportedly pulled her over for driving under the influence around 12:40 a.m. but briefly left her side after getting a call about a man identified as Oliveras walking along the highway. As they tried to get Oliveras into his vehicle, Webb allegedly tried to drive around them and flee the scene.
Instead, she struck all three men with such force that the two troopers and Oliveras were thrown into the northbound lanes of I-95. Webb and her damaged vehicle then remained at the scene until she was taken into custody.
Amazingly, despite the drunken and deadly encounter, not only were the worst charges dropped at first, but even now the young woman is released on minimal bond. This certainly previews life under Pennsylvania’s Senate Candidate John Fetterman, where the guilty are never held to account and the innocent are left to suffer or be forgotten.
Fox recaps this process and remembers the criminal’s victims:
The woman facing homicide charges for the drunk driving crash that killed two Pennsylvania state troopers and a man on I-95 earlier this year was released on bond as of Thursday.
Jayana T. Webb, 22, is accused of striking and killing Pennsylvania State Troopers Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29, as well as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras on I-95 near the Broad Street exit on March 21.
In June, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office refiled previously dismissed third-degree murder charges against Webb. Her bond was set at $200,000 per person killed in the wreck.
She posted 10% of her $600,000 bail on Wednesday, WCAU reported, citing online court records.
