“One Less MAGA”: Florida School Caught Celebrating Death of Hulk Hogan

In a callous example of woke hypocrisy, Sarah Rockwell, Alachua County School Board Chair, celebrated the recent death of wrestling superstar and noted Trump supporter Hulk Hogan, calling him “one less MAGA” in a now-deleted social media post.

For context, while Hogan rose to fame as a professional wrestler, he became an icon for his remarks at the Republican National Convention, where he said, “Let Trumpamania make America Great Again!” became an instant sensation.

In any case, Sarah Rockwell, the bureaucrat at the center of this story, went on an unhinged rant at the expense of the beloved wrestler. She said, “Oh did Hulk die? I didn’t even know. Good. One less MAGA in the world,” adding,“[H]e worked with the McMahons to union-bust professional wrestling. [H]e’s never been a good guy. I feel absolutely nothing about his death.”

However, after an epic backlash on social media, Rockwell was forced to make a half-hearted apology. She whined, “A few days ago, I made a cruel and flippant comment from my personal Facebook account on a friend’s post regarding the death of Hulk Hogan. I deeply regret making that comment and have since removed it.”

Still not done, she added, “I want to make it very clear that I never have and never will wish harm on anyone, regardless of whether we share political views. While I strongly disagree with some of the comments Hulk Hogan made, that is no excuse for my comment.”

Backpedaling from her unacceptable remarks, the woke bureaucrat whined, “I want to assure all of you that the best interests of our children and our public schools are at the center of everything I do as a board member. I hope I have shown that by my record of advocacy for children, families, and staff members throughout Alachua County.”

Concluding her remarks, she whined, “Again, I apologize for the hurt and distrust I have caused with my insensitive comment. I will continue to do the hard work of putting our children and schools first. I hope that I can earn back your trust.”

Issuing a much more sympathetic obituary, President Trump reacted to the death of the pop culture icon by saying, “We lost a great friend today, the ‘Hulkster.’ Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way — Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart. He gave an absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention, that was one of the highlights of the entire week.”

Continuing his remarks, the president added, “He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive. To his wife, Sky, and family, we give our warmest best wishes and love. Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!”

Trump was referring to the now-famous moment when Hogan introduced him at the RNC conference shortly after the harrowing assassination attempt at Butler, PA. Hogan announced, “Well, let me tell you something, brother!” Let Trumpamania run wild! Let Trumpamania rule again! Let Trumpamania make America Great Again!” He added, “What happened last week…when they took a shot at my hero….They tried to kill the greatest president of the United States! Enough was enough!!”
