“Not Gonna Tolerate it”: Rep. Byron Donalds Lays Down the Law Slamming Dems Who Try to Block ICE [WATCH]

Rep Byron Donalds (R-FL) delivered a confident address where he confirmed his state’s support for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and slammed blue states, such as California, for obstructing justice.

For context, Byron Donalds is a staunch conservative from Florida, a rising star in the Republican Party, and known for his unapologetic support for Donald Trump. Donald’s hardline conservative values have left many wondering if he will make a bid for the Governorship of Florida, after DeSantis wraps up his term in 2027.

In any case, the Florida Republican blasted Democrats for obstructing ICE and confirmed that Florida was fully supporting Trump’s mass deportation agenda. Donalds said, “You’re not allowed to impede ICE officers trying to do their duty. That’s obstruction of justice.”

Building on this point, the Florida Rep. added, “You’re stopping them from enforcement, and we’re not going to tolerate it in our state. I think that’s also why look and the governor, Governor DeSantis, feels the same way, and this is why they’re not really trying to do that here in Florida. They might try that mess in California or New Jersey, but it’s not happening here.”

In an appearance on Fox News, Byron Donalds blasted the Democrats for their incendiary rhetoric about ICE. Recently, a group of 12 far-left activists launched an ill-fated ambush on a detention facility in Texas. While no officers were harmed and the attackers were apprehended, it served as a worrying sign of the dangers that federal agents face.

Such was shown when Donald aggressively went after the DNC for their unacceptable rhetoric. Calling out their silence on the recent Texas ambush, he stated, “They are silent on it because they want ICE disbanded. They frankly agree with ICE agents being attacked, and this is how reprehensible the radical Democratic left has become.”

Building on this point, he recounted Trump’s dramatic victory in the 2024 presidential election, which he attributed to the president’s hardline stance on immigration. Donalds declared, “They would rather see agents who are out there just doing their job on behalf of the American people, because the American people gave Donald Trump a mandate for ICE to deport illegal aliens out of the United States.”

Describing just how out of touch Democrats are, Donalds slammed their unwillingness to follow the popular will. The Florida congressman explained, “That is a fact. And because they cannot abide by the will of the people, they think it is okay to attack these agents.”

Rounding out his argument, the principal conservative described how morale at ICE has never been higher, saying, “After all, ICE is composed of men and women of all races, and morale is currently high because they are allowed to do their job by Donald Trump.”

Concluding his remarks, Florida Republican pivoted back to his devastating critique of the Democrats. Donalds confidently declared, “The radical left does not like that, and since they cannot win politically, now they are going to resort to violence. But I know Donald Trump has their back, and we have their back. These agents need to be protected. They are just doing their job, and these ten need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
