“Non-Stop Cringe”: Democrats and Republicans Alike Hilariously Roast KJP Over Book Tour Disaster

Apparently, Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden’s former press secretary, is at the center of a minor scandal after the promotion for her memoir “Independent” has sparked widespread backlash for her evasive responses on a wide sweep of subjects, including Biden’s race exit, Israel policy, and Harris’s viability, drawing “cringe-worthy” labels from media and former colleagues.

In the book, Jean-Pierre is said to dodge regrets on Israel, insists she saw no mental decline during her interactions with Joe Biden, while admitting privately doubting Harris’s win due to racism, yet calls party resistance an “insult.” Adding more context, she blasted Democrats for betraying Biden and weakly opposing Trump.

In any case, in an interview with the New Yorker, Karine Jean-Pierre made wild claims about the 2024 election. “Democrats were trying to undermine Biden in the three weeks before he dropped out of the presidential race and noted that she looked at that era through her own experience,” she alleged.

Reacting to this comment, Jeremy Edwards, a former Biden official, said this comment was “objectively bad.” Isaac Chotiner. Another individual expressed a common sentiment. “I’m a little unclear about what this has to do with Democratic leaders and many Democrats in the country thinking that Joe Biden was going to lose to Donald Trump,” he quipped. Digging deeper, Karine Jean-Pierre claimed it was an “insult” to former Vice President Kamala Harris that people didn’t want her to be the nominee, claiming “the truth was, I never really believed Harris could win.”

Doubling down on the extremist rhetoric, the book repeated tired woke talking points on race. “I’d been in the body of a Black woman all my life. I’d stood at the podium in the White House briefing room, traveled in my chocolate skin through rural towns, and all my experiences of blistering stares and racist assumptions left me unable to see this country electing a president who looked like me,” she whined.

Responding to widespread allegations of Biden’s mental decline, she claimed, “I was technically a part of the president’s inner circle and saw Biden every day and saw no such decline,” in one of a series of wild allegations.

In a devastating review for the Washington Post, Becca Rothfeld described the attitude present in her work. “The Democrats were mean to Biden, her boss; they were mean to her personally, as she outlines in a lengthy diatribe against fellow staffers who leaked unflattering information about her to Politico; and they were mean to Harris, whom they refused to anoint as the nominee without a fight,” the review noted.

As we reported, Karine Jean Pierre recently claimed to switch her party affiliation from Democrat to Independent.  Issued a statement, she noted, “Until January 20, I was responsible for speaking on behalf of the President of the United States. At noon on that day, I became a private citizen who, like all Americans and many of our allies around the world, had to contend with what was to come next for our country. I determined that the danger we face as a country requires freeing ourselves of boxes. We need to be willing to exercise the ability to think creatively and plan strategically.”
