“NO!”: Out of It Bill Clinton Bumps, Nudges Hillary Clinton Toward Busy Street in Awkward Exchange Caught on Video [WATCH]

A new viral video making waves on social media shows former President Bill Clinton appearing to give his wife, former first lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a little push toward a busy New York City crosswalk, which led to her pulling back and protesting as the couple tried to cross the street. The Clintons were walking through the city after attending an event and paying their daughter, Chelsea a visit, when the odd encounter happened.

A clip of the incident showed the former president, all smiles, trying to push his wife into an adjoining crosswalk in an attempt to jaywalk. Hillary pulled back and put up her hands to prevent being shoved into the street, telling her husband, “No, no, no, no, no. Don’t do that. Don’t do that.” Her husband, grinning, replied, “That’s not a good idea.”

A few moments later, the crosswalk signal switched and the couple, accompanied by their security detail, crossed the street without further incident. The Clintons’ public appearance came just a few days after they wrapped up their testimony before Congress related to an investigation into the government’s handling of the case against the deceased convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Fox News, during the deposition, the former president and first lady testified after being subpoenaed, appearing before the House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation. Bill Clinton had already publicly acknowledged having a relationship with Epstein in the past, including a few shared trips. The Clintons have not been formally accused of participating in crimes related to the disgraced billionaire.

Investigators agreed to take a closer look at how Epstein made connections with important figures to help conceal his criminal activity. Social media users were highly interested in the awkward moment between the Clintons, responding with a mix of jokes and speculation concerning the health of their relationship. Some of the comments online zinged the former president, saying things like, “Billy saw his opening,” interpreting the nudge as an attempt to get Hillary into heavy traffic.

One Facebook commenter took an opportunity to poke fun at Bill Clinton and his infamous denial of having a sexual relationship with his former intern Monica Lewinsky, saying, “Transcript coming…3/11: I did NOT push that woman into the street. 3/15: I did inappropriately push that woman into the street.” Another wrote about the status of their marriage saying, “That’s probably the first time they touched each other since 1998.”

Others wrote comments making fun of Hillary’s suit, comparing it to the ones worn by North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. “Kim Jong Un called. He wants Hillary to give him back his suit.” Another said, “She has her Little Rocket Man suit on,” referencing the nickname given to Kim Jong Un by President Donald Trump during his first term.

Someone else drew attention to how loopy the former president appeared, saying, “Bill looks like he ate an edible,” referring to gummies containing THC, the hallucinogenic chemical from marijuana plants. A commenter also interpreted the awkward incident as Bill trying to shove Hillary into busy traffic, writing, “I think he was trying to push her out in the middle of traffic. You know the old saying, ‘go play in the street.'”
