Country music superstar Morgan Wallenjust announced a new brand partnership on Monday, one that appears to be his first big brand deal since the cancellation attempt on him in 2021.
That announcement came in a text obtained by the Daily Caller in which he said, “Got some exciting news to share that I’ve been keeping under wraps and wanted v’all to be the first to know. I’m working with a new iced tea brand called Ryl Tea. I found this product last summer before it launched and have been hooked. It a zero sugar ice tea made with all natural ingredients and it reminds me of the iced tea I used to drink growing up as a kid at my mamaw’s house.”
Ryl Tea’s website describes the drink by saying, “We created Ryl™ Tea so that you could have the delicious taste of iced tea and the healthy tea polyphenols of made at home tea at the same time. Our industry leading antioxidant technology tea blend is what allows us to ensure that every can of Ryl™ Tea has 200mg of polyphenols everytime. This makes Ryl™ Tea one of the most robust polyphenol drinks in the beverage set.” Currently, the cost of the 12-can variety pack is $27.99.
The partnership is a big step forward for Wallen as his music tops the charts and he recovers from the 2021 cancelation attempt. Reporting on his music and that attempt on The American Tribune, we said:
Morgan Wallen continues to defy the mainstream media who want him canceled. The country singer released his album “One Thing at a Time” earlier this year and has found himself at the top of country music charts since.
Wallen’s success in sales did not correlate to an award at the woke CMTs, but that hasn’t stopped fans from keeping “One Thing at a Time” atop Billboard’s Hot 100 and the Billboard 200 album charts, says the Daily Caller. “Last Night” the single that tops the Billboard Hot 100, has received over 35,000,000 streams and 30,000,000 impressions on the radio. The song has also held first place on the Streaming Songs chart for a whopping five weeks. The Daily Caller wrote this about “Last Night”:
“The excellent track first hit the top spot back in February, well before the entire album dropped. It then helped Wallen break a 40-year record for topping both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Hot Country Songs charts. No artist had held both positions since 1981, when Eddie Rabbitts “I Love a Rainy Night” hit both positions.”
For those who are not in the know, Wallen had a run-in with the cancelation police when he was caught on a video saying the “n-word” after a night out drinking with a couple of his buddies. Ever since then, the left has been out to get him. Even following the apology tour that the country star embarked on, the talking heads continue to clamor for his downfall. Despite all that, fans are still eager to hear the newest release from Morgan Wallen. Rob Mattox from The American Tribune described this, writing:

“Country music fans like what they like, and they liked Morgan Wallen. His sales went through the roof, and since ultimately it’s all about the money and not really the virtue, his label and country radio took him back with open arms, much to the pearl clutching and salty tears of leftists everywhere. Now, with his latest album being a gargantuan, 36 song success, his latest number one, “Last Night” has prompted lefties in the media to take aim once again and attempt to downplay Wallen’s success.”
