Incoming First Lady Melania Trump was recently praised for her stylish appearance alongside President-elect Donald Trump on New Year’s Eve. The presidential couple were seen walking together at the venue, with Trump in a sharp-looking Tuxedo and Melania wearing a designer-brand black dress.

The popular Melania Trump fan account, FLOTUS Report, shared the video writing, “President Trump and First Lady Melania making their entrance at tonight’s Mar-a-Lago New Year’s Eve celebrations ✨” One fashion enthusiast in the comments section pointed out that the dress was made by the designer fashion brand Versace. “Versace Medusa “95” Drape gown,” they wrote. “Could FLOTUS be anymore beautiful? Happy New Year!” another person commented.

The Daily Mail reported on a variety of other reactions on social media, where one person said, “President Trump looks healthier than he did during his first administration. He looks amazing.” Another person wrote, “He’s not using that fake orange tanner anymore. He looks so much better and healthier without it.”  Echoing similar sentiment, another person said, “‘First thing I noticed. He looks fit and ready to get this country back in shape.”

The American Tribune reported comments about Trump on New Year’s Eve after a Newsmax reporter asked him, “Have you got any New Year’s resolutions for 2025?” In response, Trump shared a heartwarming sentiment, stating, “I just want everybody to be happy, healthy, and well.” That came after he told the reporter, We’re doing a real job with great people. Many are here tonight. But you’re going to be very happy.”

The reporter followed up, “NY Post reports that Biden regrets dropping out, he thinks he could have beaten you. What do you say?” He replied, “Well, he was way behind, he would have I assume not had a chance. He was way behind her. And we won in record numbers, as you know, every swing state. We won the popular vote by millions and millions of people. Hey look, I wish him well. He had a chance to do it in the debate. And that didn’t work out too well for him. That was I guess the reason that really led to his downfall.”

Melania also noted, “We all know what we want, world peace.” Commenting on the year, Trump said, “Just a great year, I think we’re gonna do fantastically well as a country. We’re gonna bring it back. It has to be brought back. People are not respecting our country very much and they’re gonna respect us a lot.”

He continued, “I think a lot of progress has been made over the last five weeks. It’s been pretty amazing when you look at what’s happened.” He further said, commenting on the world supposedly being invigorated and happy because he won, “There’s a light over the whole world, not just our country. There’s a lot of very happy people.”
