President Trump hasn’t forgotten what happened during the 2024 election, particularly the allegations of corruption and illegality that surrounded massive payoffs made by Democrats to entertainers who then gave endorsements, such as with the infamous Kamala-Beyonce event, demanding that Kamala be arrested over that illegal behavior.
As background, Harris got support from a great many performers, most infamously Beyonce. While it doesn’t appear that those celebrity and entertainer endorsements did much to help her, they did cost a great deal, with the Beyonce appearance at a Kamala rally alone costing the Kamala campaign something around $10 million.
Beginning the angry tirade of a post, the president declared that the payoffs were likely illegal and roasted Kamala for overpaying so much for disastrously ineffective events, saying, “I’m looking at the large amount of money owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the fact that they admit to paying, probably illegally, Eleven Million Dollars to singer Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she never sang, not one note, and left the stage to a booing and angry audience!), Three Million Dollars for “expenses,” to Oprah, Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to very low rated TV “anchor,” Al Sharpton (a total lightweight!), and others to be named for doing, absolutely NOTHING!”
Continuing, the president noted that paying for a political endorsement, as Kamala appears to have done with the celebrity and entertainer performances and endorsements, is illegal. He said, “These ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO.”
Adding to that by commenting on the effects of Kamala’s behavior, the president noted that it would be chaotic and ridiculous if all American politicians started paying for endorsements in elections. He said, “Can you imagine what would happen if politicians started paying for people to endorse them. All hell would break out!”
Concluding, he called for the prosecution of not just Kamala but the entertainers who took major payoffs from her in exchange for endorsements, saying, “Kamala, and all of those that received Endorsement money, BROKE THE LAW. They should all be prosecuted! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
Commenters on X loved the president’s demands for Kamala and the others to face prosecuction. For example, the “MAGA Voice” X account posted a screenshot of the post and said, “BREAKING 🚨 President Trump stuns America by calling for Kamala Harris to be prosecuted 🔥 Kamala Harris is NOT above the Law. I VOTED FOR THIS”

This wasn’t the president’s first time calling for Kamala to be prosecuted over the celebrity payoffs. In a prior post on the matter, he wrote, “HOW MUCH DID KAMALA HARRIS PAY BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN FOR HIS POOR PERFORMANCE DURING HER CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT? WHY DID HE ACCEPT THAT MONEY IF HE IS SUCH A FAN OF HERS? ISN’T THAT A MAJOR AND ILLEGAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION? WHAT ABOUT BEYONCÉ? …AND HOW MUCH WENT TO OPRAH, AND BONO???”
He continued, “I am going to call for a major investigation into this matter. Candidates aren’t allowed to pay for ENDORSEMENTS, which is what Kamala did, under the guise of paying for entertainment. In addition, this was a very expensive and desperate effort to artificially build up her sparse crowds. IT’S NOT LEGAL! For these unpatriotic “entertainers,” this was just a CORRUPT & UNLAWFUL way to capitalize on a broken system. Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!”
