Melting down in epic fashion, woke New York Attorney General Letitia James slammed the Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling in Trump v. CASA, which upheld President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship for children born to non-citizen parents. In her embarrassing remarks, James said the decision was a “profound and disappointing setback.”
For context, the historic ruling also limited the ability of federal judges to issue nationwide injunctions, such as when Judge James Boasberg blocked Trump’s decision to invoke the Alien Enemies Act to deport gang-affiliated illegal aliens. Despite the significant loss, James vowed to continue fighting against Trump, despite an impending FBI investigation into alleged mortgage fraud.
While the New York Democrat rose to national infamy for a lawsuit where she claimed Trump falsified the valuation of his assets while applying for a loan, James’ hypocrisy was exposed when it was discovered that she may have falsified records to obtain better mortgage terms, prompting a major FBI investigation.
Such was shown when Letitia James reacted to the ruling, saying, “Every child born on U.S. soil is a citizen of this country, no matter which state they are born in. This has been the law of the land for more than a century.”
Still not done she complained, “This has been a profound and disappointing setback for the families who now face tremendous uncertainty and danger, for the millions of people who rely on the courts to protect their constitutional rights, and for the fundamental rule of law,” adding “We will continue to defend the Constitution and the common values that unite us.”
Far from her only outrageous public statement, New York Attorney General Letitia James recently went on an absurd rant in reaction to Attorney General Pam Bondi intensifying the investigation into her alleged real estate corruption.
As we reported, James’s meltdown began with a typical anti-Trump screed. She whined, “We prepared in anticipation of Donald Trump winning this election, we looked at Project 2025 we looked at jurisdiction, we looked at venue, we looked at a wide range of issues, which is why, when he filed his first executive order in regards to birthright citizenship, we responded.”

Still not done, she detailed all of the ways her office had impeded the Trump administration, saying, “Within 48 hours, we have sued birthright citizenship. We’ve got a preliminary injunction. Elon Musk, we’ve sued him in DOGE, we were successful. We have so sued in regards to the Office of Management and Budget, when they froze funds in FEMA, we were successful.”
Continuing her inflammatory remarks, the unpopular and allegedly corrupt Democrat said, “We sued on probationary employees, all those probationary employees who were terminated. We won. We sued the NHI, the National Health Institute. We were successful in getting a preliminary injunction.”
Concluding her far-left screed, Letitia James raved, “We sued on the dismantling of the Department of Education. We were successful. We got a TRO we were successful in regards to the education grants. I can go on and on and on. The point is, is that we are winning.”
