Jimmy Kimmel Throws A Vulgar, On-Air Temper Tantrum after Trump Roasts Him as a “Loser”

Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel showcased his lack of talent and class during the opening monologue of his program on October 12, as he mocked President Donald Trump and his posts on Truth Social concerning his not winning the Nobel Peace Prize again. Last Friday, Trump published a post full of frustration over the announcement that Navi Pillay, former high commissioner for human rights at the United Nations, won the 2026 prize.

“The president took the perceived snub well, I have to say,” Kimmel wisecracked. “He only posted a 600-word tirade lashing out.” Strangely, in what might mark a first for the late-night host, the post from Trump actually is 590 words long, when you take out his name and title. But as many wise individuals have said over the years, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Kimmel had a screenshot of the president’s post put up on screen for everyone to see. The photo was so large it actually blocked out Kimmel. He then made fun of the length of the post and slammed Trump for apparently missing the irony that he attacked someone over not winning the Nobel Peace Prize, clearly thinking his observation to be clever.

“What better way to deserve a Nobel Prize than attacking the woman who won it at midnight in a social media post that is twice as long as the Gettysburg Address,” Kimmel said, according to The Huffington Post. President Trump contested not being given the award by saying he deserved it because he “settled eight wars, and many other things,” before going on to say, “in actuality, I should have won 8 Nobel Peace Prizes, not just 1.”

He followed up with another post the next day, doubling down on his previous take, saying, “I settled 8 WARS, am close to ending or settling 2 more.” Leftist-leaning columnists with HuffPo then picked on Trump by pointing out that he misspelled “Nobel” as “Noble.” Kimmel also poked fun at the president’s typo in his monologue.

“In this one post, Trump mentioned he ended eight wars seven different times and then woke up on Saturday morning and did it again! This time misspelling the word Nobel. ‘I did not get the ‘Noble’ Peace Prize. WOW!’” Kimmel said. He then made a joke about Natalie Sharp, the president’s assistant, who he believes transcribed what the president wanted to say in the post.

“Do you think Natalie misspells the word ‘Nobel’ on purpose? Or — no one knows the word Nobel has a ‘B’ in it!” Kimmel joked. He then said, “You know, I’m not sure which is more alarming: the fact that Trump is upset he didn’t win the Nobel Prize or that he’s surprised he didn’t win one.” Kimmel then showed a few clips that were taken from a Trump rally in Syracuse, New York, where he also spoke about the Nobel Peace Prize.

During the event the president said that not winning it was “an indelible stain on the country of Norway and those people that made such a disgraceful and embarrassing decision.” Kimmel responded to the clip by saying, “Not as indelible as the stain you made on your diaper when they announced it.” Kimmel added, “Thanks a lot, Norway. I hope you’re happy you made our baby cry.”

“Imagine being the single most powerful person in the world and still being such a petty little b—h at all times!” the host ranted. “And the truth is if any American politician deserved the peace prize, it … has to be this guy —” Kimmel played a clip of Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) giving the peace sign from a van. “I mean, look at him. He loves peace. Peace is all he talks about,” Kimmel said.
