Border Czar Tom Homan has gone all in on enforcing President Donald Trump’s agenda toward illegal immigration, particularly in terms of sweeping Immigrations and Customs Enforcement raids that are nabbing slews of illegals, many of whom have been caught committing horrible crimes against Americans.
Such is what occurred on Friday, January 31, in an area in Pennsylvania. There, ICE agents arrested an illegal immigrant from Venezuela who is known to be involved with the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, the one notorious for taking over an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. This illegal and gang member has been convicted of assaulting a child.
That is what ICE announced in a February 1 press statement, saying, “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Luis Gualdron-Gualdron, a citizen and national of Venezuela who previously entered the United States without inspection, Jan. 31 without incident near the Northampton County Prison shortly after an immigration detainer was not honored.”
Continuing, it noted the horrible crime against a child on his record, stating, “Gualdron is a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member and has a criminal record in Pennsylvania, including arrests for indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age and harassment. He will be detained in ERO custody without bond.”
The statement added, further describing that crime against a child and when it happened, “The Bethlehem Police Department in Pennsylvania arrested Gualdron May 27, 2024, for indecent assault without consent, indecent assault on a person less than 16 years of age, and harassment.”
It then added, noting where he was caught, “ICE encountered Gualdron at the Northampton County Prison in Easton, Pennsylvania, and lodged an immigration detainer with the facility on May 28, 2024. The Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Pennsylvania convicted Gualdron of harassment and sentenced him to incarceration for three to six months with credit for time served.”
The statement also noted that he was originally stopped at the border, but was let go into the country. It provided, “The U.S. Border Patrol arrested Gualdron near Brownsville, Texas on Dec. 13, 2023, for entering the U.S. without inspection or parole by an immigration official. He was served the next day with a notice to appear before an immigration judge charging inadmissibility and, since he was traveling with his spouse and children, released on an order of recognizance.”

Quoted in the statement was Enforcement and Removal Operations Philadelphia acting Field Office Director Brian McShan, who noted that the captured gang member is a serious criminal and his capture indicates the seriousness with which ICE is now taking the illegal immigration crisis and those present in the country because of it.
He said, “The arrest of Luis Gualdron-Gualdron, a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member with a serious criminal record, exemplifies our commitment to public safety and immigration law enforcement.” Continuing, he noted that ICE is working with Homeland Security to solve the crisis, saying, “Working closely with our partners in Homeland Security Investigations, we will continue to ensure that those who pose a threat to our communities are apprehended and removed.”
