In yet another incident of Jessica Tarlov totally whiffing in her comments while on Fox News Channel’s “The Five” and, in the process, becoming a laughing stock on the internet yet again, she tried defending Minnesota Governor and former vice presidential candidate Tim Walz (D-MN) and made a total fool of herself.
The mockery came during a segment of FNC’s “The Five” that was aired on Thursday, March 13, when the co-hosts were discussing the messaging failures of the Democratic Party. When Jesse Watters and others noted that the party leadership was having trouble connecting with voters, Tarlov lost it and tried defending the feckless Minnesota governor.
For reference, Walz has been trying to get himself in front of the media and has done something of a speaking tour as of late. Posting about that on X, he said, “I’m hitting the road, traveling to red states across the country to lend a megaphone to the people. Your congressman may not want to listen, but they’re going to hear from us anyway.”
In any case, kicking things off and referencing Gov. Walz’s appearing in front of the media again after the disastrous November defeat, Watters said, “All right, so what’s going on, Jessica?” As he did so, the other “The Five” co-hosts chimed in and said, “Yeah. What’s going on?” Tarlov tried saying it was a great thing, telling them, “I think it’s good that Tim Walz is out there.”
Watters, discrediting that immediately, let loose with a skeptical, “Really?!” Similarly, Greg Gutfeld snidely joked, “He’s really out there…” Tarlov, explaining why, said that Walz is “taking responsibility” and voters will like that. She said, “It’s better than not confronting it, and he’s taking responsibility, which people were asking for. They wanted Biden to take responsibility.”
Tarlov then went on to try and rebut her co-hosts’ claim that Democrat messaging is flopping, claiming that the public is turning against Trump. She snapped, “If you look at the latest Quinnipiac poll, there’s over 50% disapproval of Trump himself, how he’s handling the economy, how he’s handling the federal workforce, how he’s handling Ukraine-Russia, how he’s handling trade with Mexico, how he’s handling trade with Canada.” She added, “So basically, he’s underwater on everything.”

Tarlov is an idiot and Walz is a clown ! She should be fired !” Another wrote, commenting on how the co-hosts mocked Tarlov, “Tarlov got so much pushback yesterday that I thought she was either going to cry or get up and leave.”
