House Democrat Caught Having Allegedly Texted Jeffrey Epstein during House Hearing, Potentially Influencing Her Questioning

In jaw-dropping revelations exposed by the House Oversight Committee, it has come out that House Democrat Delegate Stacey Plaskett of the Virgin Islands, a non-voting member who can still ask questions during hearings, appears to have been texting infamous Jeffrey Epstein in real time during a 2019 hearing involving Michael Cohen.

In fact, the published messages appear to show that Delegate Plaskett, whose Epstein ties have been exposed before, allowed her line of questioning to be influenced by the messages she received from Epstein, who appears to have been watching the questioning and testimony in real time.

Jeffrey Epstein appeared to be exchanging real-time messages with House Democrat, Del. Stacey Plaskett (Virgin Islands), during Michael Cohen’s 2019 testimony, and may have nudged the lawmaker’s line of questioning.

For example, as Cohen’s testimony that President Donald Trump had manipulated financial records and directed hush-money payments, such as to Stormy Daniels, claims that President Trump has firmly denied, unfolded, Epstein alerted Del. Plaskett to the fact that Cohen had mentioned former Trump aide Rhona Graff.

Doing so, the records released by the House Oversight Committee show that he texted her, “Cohen brought up RONA – keeper of the secrets.” Plaskett appears to have replied, “RONA?? Quick I’m up next is that an acronym.”  Epstein replied by saying, “Thats his assistant.”

Further text messages appear to show that Epstein influenced what questions were asked. For example, one text from Epstein, sent at 12:25 pm, said, “Hes opened the door to questions re who are the other henchmen at trump org.” Del. Palskett responded, “Yup. Very aware and waiting my turn,” meaning she was waiting till she got to ask questions.

Then, when she began questioning Cohen about two hours later at around 2:30 pm, Del. Plaskett asked him about Rhona Graff, along with other Trump associates that Epstein had mentioned via text, as was admitted by the Washington Post in its report on the subject and exposed by the House Oversight Committee-released records.

During that part of the hearing, Plaskett asked, “Are there other people that we should be meeting with?” Cohen said, “So Allen Weisselberg is the chief financial officer in The Trump Organization.” Cutting Cohen off and asking about the person identified by Epstein, Del. Plaskett said, “You’ve got to quickly give us as many names as you can so we can get to them. Is Ms. Rhona, what is Ms. Rhona’s— …?”

Cohen, replying, noted, “Rhona Graff is the — Mr. Trump’s executive assistant … She was — her office is directly next to his, and she’s involved in a lot that went on.” Then, shortly after that questioning, Epstein texted De. Plaskett again and told her, “Good work”

The House Oversight Committee, releasing the files that showed as much and posting about it on X, captioned the link to the files by saying, “Democrats whine about ‘releasing the files,’ but they only cherry-pick when they have them to generate clickbait. 📄 You deserve the full truth.”
