Hollywood Star Mark Ruffalo Goes Berserk in Anti-Supreme Court Rant

If you saw the Supreme Court’s recent decisions regarding things like free speech, affirmative action, and overturning Roe v. Wade, you are likely either in the pro-Supreme Court camp or you want them abolished. Hollywood Star Mark Ruffalo falls on that latter side.

As a big name in Hollywood, Ruffalo clearly believes that his duty is to tell his societal underlings, those who watch his movies, exactly how they should feel about the high court’s high-profile wave of decisions. Like any good moral guide, Ruffalo took to Twitter to explain the correct woke stance following the major losses that Leftist policies took in recent weeks.

First, the actor who played Hulk in Marvel’s Avengers franchise explained the situation. “Okay,” Ruffalo began. “So we all understand that the Supreme Court has become a right-wing ideological political institution under Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh, & Roberts. They’re for sale & illegitimate. Now, we have to beat them in the executive branch & the legislature.”

Organize the vote. They're taking us backward. We have already left them behind. Now we keep building people's power. We have the people. We are far more mighty. Hold on tight & keep organizing. Drown out the noise. Keep pushing forward. The only way to freedom is forward.

Next, like any other wannabe leader of a radical social movement, Ruffalo needed a short and catchy phrase for his followers to rally behind. So, he posted a Tweet trying them out. He wrote, “Organize the vote. They’re taking us backward. We have already left them behind. Now we keep building people’s power. We have the people. We are far more mighty. Hold on tight & keep organizing. Drown out the noise. Keep pushing forward. The only way to freedom is forward.”

Commenters were not pulling any punches after that last Tweet, in which one user remarked “Sounds like marching band orders for middle schoolers.” Undoubtedly, that jumbled mess of short simple sentences was Ruffalo’s way of communicating with the masses. The Hollywood star must believe that common folk in America need to be spoken to slowly and with small works no greater than two syllables long.

Another Twitter user called out Ruffalo’s lack of understanding, saying, “I beg to differ with your views of moving forward. The truth is exactly the opposite. Try living in the real world instead of the elite hive mind.” This comment hits at the exact issue with Hollywood stars preaching lessons on morality and politics to their outlandishly large followings. The small microcosm of millionaires and billionaires that is Hollywood does not give them any sort of insight into the true wants and needs of the rest of the populace.

This hilarious Tweet from Tara Lynn Thompson sums up Ruffalo’s position very well. “Mark Ruffalo wants you to know he doesn’t support religious freedom, does support racism, and believes people should be forced to pay debts not their own. There is a reason some people take a job reading lines other people wrote.”

Thompson, through her humor, points out a very interesting point. Ruffalo’s us vs them attitude regarding politics has put him into a corner where he must stand with some rather detestable opinions if he is to continue to rabidly disagree with the right-wing justices of the Supreme Court.
