On February 25, 2025, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (CIE) announced via a press release that it had arrested a Haitian migrant over a triple murder that he appears to have committed in the town of Fayetteville, North Carolina, near Fort Bragg. It was then discovered that the Haitian was flown into America by the Biden Administration.
Beginning, the statement from ICE provided that the arrest was of a Haitian national, saying, “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement assisted the Fayetteville Police Department in the arrest and interview of Mackendy Darbouze, a 26-year-old citizen and national of Haiti, on Feb. 21.”
Continuing, the statement noted that the Haitian had appeared to have killed three people, saying, “Police responded to a 911 call at a residence, and a search revealed three deceased individuals and a bloody knife. Darbouze was arrested by the responding officers.”
The statement then noted that he didn’t speak a bit of English, and so an interpreter was needed, saying, “ICE was contacted and responded immediately to assist with the interview of Darbouze as he only spoke Creole and was unable to be interviewed in English.”
The press release further noted that the Haitian had to be interviewed using the interpreter and then was charged with multiple counts of murder. It said, “The interview was completed using ICE interpreter and translation services, and Darbouze was charged with three counts of first-degree murder.”
It concluded, “Darbouze entered the United States legally in July 2024. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail. ICE has placed a detainer on him. This is a joint investigation with ICE and the Fayetteville Police Department.” Fox News Digital, adding more details on the horrible slaying, said:
A local ABC station in Raleigh reported that authorities said Darbouze greeted police at the door with blood on his hands, face and pants.
At the time of the stabbing, authorities added, there were three other children inside the home.
Authorities also said that surveillance footage allegedly shows Darbouze walking around with a knife, and during a preliminary investigation, investigators located a knife with blood on it in his room.
That’s not all. In addition to having committed the horrible slaying, the Haitian migrant appears to have been in America because he was flowing into the country by the Biden Administration. Announcing as much, Fox News Digital reported:

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Fox News that Darbouze had flown into the U.S. in July 2024 as part of Biden’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) migrant flights mass parole program.“
Just days later, another Haitian was captured, this one in DC. ICE noted in a press release: “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested an illegal Haitian national convicted of drug crimes and charged with and threatening with a firearm and assaulting a Virginia resident. Officers with ICE Washington, D.C. arrested Rodney Soloman in Winchester Feb. 7.”
Speaking on the matter, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Washington, D.C. Field Office Director Russ Hott said, “Rodney Soloman has already been convicted of drug crimes in Virginia, and now he stands accused of assaulting and threatening a local resident with a firearm.”
He added, “Mr. Soloman violated his right to remain in the United States legally and has demonstrated the type of behavior that ICE Washington, D.C. will not tolerate. We stand firmly committed to our mission of prioritizing public safety by arresting and removing illegal alien offenders from our Washington, D.C. and Virginia communities.”
