Speaking during an interview on conservative cable network Newsmax on Sunday, December 28, Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) argued that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) “should be expelled from the United States” and that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz “should be in jail” because of the Somali migrant-connected fraud that has occurred in his state.
Further, Rep. Fine revealed that he is preparing and will be pushing a House of Representatives resolution targeting Rep. Ilhan Omar, demanding that she be expelled from the US. His resolution comes alongside President Trump saying much the same thing, telling a crowd in Rocky Mount, NC, “Ilhan Omar should be sent out of [America]…She married her brother either to stay or to get him into the country… She’s a con person. She’s full of con.”
Commenting on that remark during his Newsmax interview, Rep. Fine told the network, “I agree with the president 100%.” Continuing, he explained that he sees Rep. Omar not as an example of immigration gone correctly, but as “a walking example of everything that is wrong with our legal immigration policy.”
Building on that, Rep. Fine noted that Omar is representative of the many immigrants America has welcomed in who have nothing but negative things to say about our country, snapping, “We imported tens of thousands of people who hate America, add no value to it, rob and steal from us, and we’re supposed to be okay with it?” He continued, “I don’t think Ilhan Omar should be expelled from Congress. I think she should be expelled from the United States.”
Further, he noted that Omar had attacked him in a fundraising email, and that he’ll be responding through official action in the House that aims to expel her from the legislative body and the country, saying, “If I’m going to try to expel her, it won’t be in a fundraising email. She’ll deal with it on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.”
Then, alleging that the Somali migrant fraud scandal was exactly what the leftists who imported them wanted to happen, Fine argued, “This wasn’t an unfortunate consequence. This was their plan. Their plan is to buy these people off by giving them taxpayer money to destroy the country by bringing in people who hate us.” He added, “Waltz should not only not be reelected — he should be in jail.”
Still not done, he commented on how the Somali migrants help keep leftists in power, snapping, “Ilhan Omar is only in Congress because of these fraudulent Somali refugees. Tim Walz is only governor because of these fraudulent Somali refugees.” Demanding they be deported, he said, “We need to round them up, send them all home, and stop having the American people ripped off.”
