Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) turned an ordinarily droll Senate floor speech into some of the most critical few minutes under the entire Biden administration yet, suggesting that the alleged bribery said to have taken place between Ukrainian officials and the president is substantiated by 17 audio recordings – 15 with Hunter Biden and 2 with Joe – taken by the Ukrainian officials as an insurance policy against the corrupt Commander-in-Chief.
Speaking to the nature of the FD-1023 form, which was heavily redacted and omitted from the GOP reviewers any reference to the audio collection, Grassley shared that officials working for the Ukrainian energy company Burisma had maintained a private holding of recorded conversations between them and both Hunter and Joe.
“The FD-1023 also alleges that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma bringing his son, Hunter Biden, onto the board,” Fox News added.
The much-discussed FD-1023 was the initial reason for the GOP-led House’s consideration to hold current FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. For some time, he had repelled efforts to have this bombshell information exposed to the American public.
Eventually, Wray and the FBI complied with a subpoena House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and he was later briefed as to its contents. Shortly after, the entire committee was given access to it.
Though Grassley is tough to listen to at the age of 89 – term limits, anyone? – the explosive material he shares toward the end of his floor speech is as powerful as any that’s been revealed during the tumultuous tenure of Joe Biden.
Take a look and listen to this incredible testimony.
“Now, accordingly, Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says,” Grassley admits while setting the scene for what’s to come. He then makes a plea for the full version, and not the heavily redacted one, be made public. “That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions for the American people to see.”
From there, Grassley proceeds to point out that “the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them.” He says there are 17 in total, with 15 occurring between the addict son of the president and another two with Biden when he was Vice President under Barack Obama.
Rep. James Comer has since stated that Joe Biden is now under investigation for bribery by the FBI, though it remains to be seen what will come of that.
No doubt, the enriching pay-to-play scheme must have been an open secret in the Swamp. Hunter Biden has confoundingly evaded various legal issues that would land pretty much anyone else in jail with his tax problems, mishandling of firearms, and whatever else has occurred that the public doesn’t even know about.
As many Republicans have pointed out, and the reason the House created a subcommittee to explore the weaponization of the intelligence community, this latest revelation also shows the extent to which federal entities like the FBI will go to protect their “preferred” people. Grassley’s bombshell speech suggests that the FBI knew about these allegations well before the 2020 presidential election. In other words, they were selective about which candidate they were willing to publicly demonize and which ones they were willing to protect.
