Geraldo Rivera Just Went Too Far; Fox News Needs to Dump Him ASAP

Geraldo Rivera plays much the same role for Fox News Channel as Megan McCain played for “The View” or Chris Wallace probably hoped to fill for CNN. He’s the token of the network, the guy of the opposite ideology of most of the hosts meant to make the network look a bit more balanced.

But that’s ridiculous, as Fox News obviously isn’t a balanced network, and Geraldo is little more than a horse’s ass that makes the network look bad and the other hosts angry, mostly because whatever he says is crazy.

Such is what we saw with what Geraldo said on Twitter following the announcement that the GOP would be looking into Hunter and Joe Biden:

“Republicans get control of the House & the first they do is…No not explore how to tame inflation or crime etc. They launch an investigation of President & Hunter Biden. Boring. Divisive. Retro. Unwanted. Zero positive impact on the lives of Americans. Is this the real Red Wave?”

Absurd. So we’re all supposed to just watch as Joe and Hunter steal from America right in front of her eyes? We’re not supposed to care about what was on Hunter’s laptop, that he was peddling influence abroad, or that Slow Joe Biden might be compromised by those that Biden was peddling influence to?

According to Geraldo, we should just let it all slide because holding the corrupt accountable would be “divisive”.

Geraldo Rivera also threw cold water on any attempts to find out how Hunter Biden made millions of dollars trading on the family name, including money from Ukraine and Communist China, and whether any of that money went to the “big guy.”

For reference, Comer said, when discussing what the GOP thinks Hunter was up to:

“We also found plans based in the United States where the Biden family swindled investors of hundreds of thousands of dollars — all with Joe Biden’s participation and knowledge.”

Continuing, he also pledged on looking into not just what Hunter was up to but how involved with it all Slow Joe was, saying:

“Hunter and other members of the Biden family have a pattern of peddling access to the highest levels of government to enrich themselves.

“The American people deserve to know whether the President’s connections to his family’s business deals occurred at the expense of American interests and whether they represent a national security threat.”

“We want the bank records and that’s our focus. We’re trying to stay focused on: Was Joe Biden directly involved with Hunter Biden’s business deals and is he compromised? That’s our investigation.”

So that’s what Geraldo wants to stop. He doesn’t want to know whether the president was compromised by Red China or involved in any corrupt activities. He wants to just let it slide because an investigation would be “divisive”.

It’s high time Fox News cuts him loose.
