Actress Christina Ricci, most well-known for her roles as a child in both “Casper” and “The Addams Family,” lost her mind in a bizarre, brutal verbal assault on a random MAGA voter who pledged continued support and devotion to President Donald Trump and his America First agenda in a post published on social media platform Threads.
A Threads user who simply identified herself as a 71-year-old Republican posted a reaction to a Texas woman’s viral post about voting for Democratic Party candidates in the Lone Star State, which has been a GOP stronghold for many years now. “I’m 71 and my whole family in California, Texas and Arizona, and Michigan, plus Pennsylvania [sic] will be voting straight Red,” the Threads user wrote.
“We don’t want a communist representing us. We are MAGA. And we won’t bend to them,” the woman replied. “So you’re a sadist then? You enjoy other people suffering?” Ricci said in response to the woman’s post. Because that’s what you voted for- more cruelty and suffering for your fellow human beings. And animals actually.”
Strangely, Ricci did not provide any actual evidence to demonstrate who is suffering as a result of President Trump and his agenda, leading many to wonder if such individuals really exist or whether leftists have been deluded into believing they do. Later, a screenshot of the comments were posted on Reddit and received a lot of responses.
According to a report from the Huffington Post said, “Never take your foot off their neck, Christina.” Another individual wrote, “Like usual she’s right. Miss Ricci is forever the GOAT.” Not everyone was on board with the rough approach the actress took. “IMO, it’s the wrong kind of response if it’s not about preaching to the choir, and actually trying to make people like Maga lady reconsider,” one person said.
Ricci is well-known for being brutally honest and open about her take on the issues of the day. In March 2026, she put out a rather blunt, harsh response to conservative influencer Emily Wilson, who made the claim that “fat chicks vote Democrat,” which obviously didn’t sit well with radical leftists in Hollywood and beyond.
“I’m skinnier than you, you asshole, and I still vote democrat or as liberal as I can because there is more to life than being thin,” Ricci said in a post on Threads. “What you contribute to this world is what matters, loser.” In 2025, she blasted former Fox News host Megyn Kelly as a “danger to children” after the host commented on the crimes of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Ricci did receive some backlash on the now viral post, with one individual writing, “So you’re a communist pedophile pretending to be an actress who’s pretending to be a human being. Failed at the latter 2.” Another person said, “You are a politically ignorant and mediocre actress with a cliffhanger forehead. Your best scene was being bent over a desk, and that’s all. Stick to acting where you have some relevance.”
