Explosive Report Vindicates Trump in Major Move

A bombshell report has vindicated President Donald Trump’s longstanding remarks about the violent and dangerous Houthi Rebels. Trump, who ran on a sharply different foreign policy from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, has long held that the disruptive Yemeni group was secretly funded by Iran, in comments which have been proven correct.

For context, the Houthi rebels have posed a significant threat to international trade by disrupting shipping through the Red Sea. Using cruise missiles and explosive drones, these terrorists have attacked dozens of cargo ships using materials sourced from Iran.

Such was shown when Fox News published excerpts from the groundbreaking report on March 20, 2025. Proving President Trump right, the document read, “According to reports received from within the IRGC, Khamenei has personally emphasized the importance of Houthi attacks and the necessity of sending weapons and equipment for the Houthis to IRGC commanders and regime officials.”

Providing additional background, the report explored the connection between the Houthis and Trump’s past actions. The report stated, “[IRGC Brig. Gen. Abdolreza] Shahlai is in charge of all military, political, and economic matters related to the regime’s intervention in Yemen, including all Houthi operations and attacks.”

Reacting to the news, Ali Safavi, a member of NCRI’s Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News Digital how Iran can be fully bested. He said, “The mullahs’ regime is the root cause of war and instability in the region, sustained through repression at home and the export of terrorism and conflict abroad,” adding, “The only viable solution to the Iranian crisis is the regime’s overthrow by the Iranian people.”

Concluding his remarks, the expert said, “A decisive international policy toward Iran must recognize and support the legitimacy of the Iranian resistance, proscribe the IRGC as a terrorist entity, activate the U.N. Security Council snapback mechanism, and endorse the Resistance Units’ fight against the regime.”

Donald Trump has asserted that the Houthis have been Iranian-backed for years, but most recently on March 19, 2025, he took to Truth Social to express his hunch. The president wrote, “Let nobody be fooled! The hundreds of attacks being made by Houthi, the sinister mobsters and thugs based in Yemen, who are hated by the Yemeni people, all emanate from, and are created by, IRAN. Any further attack or retaliation by the “Houthis” will be met with great force, and there is no guarantee that that force will stop there.”

Laying out the conspiracy in great detail, he continued providing evidence. President Trump stated, “Iran has played “the innocent victim” of rogue terrorists from which they’ve lost control, but they haven’t lost control. They’re dictating every move, giving them the weapons, supplying them with money and highly sophisticated Military equipment, and even, so-called, “Intelligence.” Every shot fired by the Houthis will be looked upon, from this point forward, as being a shot fired from the weapons and leadership of IRAN, and IRAN will be held responsible, and suffer the consequences, and those consequences will be dire!”
