After her husband Charlie’s tragic assassination on September 11, 2025, at Utah Valley University, Erika Kirk announced a massive surge in interest for her husband’s organization, TPUSA. She announced receiving 18,000 new chapter requests from colleges and high schools, which has doubled their prior 9,000 college and 1,100 high school chapters.
For context, after a few days of mourning in private, Mrs. Kirk took to a livestream to vow to continue the organization’s mission, stating that its conviction would grow “stronger, bolder, louder and greater than ever.”
In any case, a TPUSA leader described the massive growth in a text exchange with Rep. Elliott Engen (R-MN). In addition to sharing the enormous growth numbers, he gave a defiant message of hope, noting that “This is the Turning Point.”
In an emotional post to social media, recently widowed Erika Kirk sent a defiant message to those who killed her husband, posting, “They have no idea what they just ignited within this wife. If they thought my husband’s mission was big now, you have no idea. You. All of you. Will never. Ever. Forget my husband @charliekirk1776 I’ll make sure of it.”
As we reported, Mrs. Kirk’s first full appearance in public was a defiant livestream, which mourned the assassination of her husband and established the family’s deep faith in God. She stated, “The evildoers responsible for my husband’s assassination have no idea what they have done. They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God’s merciful love.”
Vowing to continue where her husband left off, she said, “They should all know this: If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you had no idea. You had no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country, in this world. You have no idea.”
Continuing to promise vengeance, the widow announced, “You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife. The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry. To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die. It won’t. I refuse to let that happen. It will not die. All of us will refuse to let that happen. No one will ever forget my husband’s name, and I will make sure of it.”

Trying her best to convey her best memories of Charlie Kirk, she stated, “He always challenged people around him to work harder and to be better. He never gave up. And I love knowing that one of his mottos was ‘Never surrender.’ So I wanna tell you that—that will never surrender. We never will. Ever. Ever.”
Concluding her comments, Erika Kirk promised to continue his legacy. She vowed, “Our campus tour this fall will continue. There will be even more tours in the years to come. America Fest here in Phoenix this December will go on. It will be greater than ever. The radio and podcast show that he was so proud of will go on. And in a world filled with chaos, doubt, and uncertainty, my husband’s voice will remain, and it will ring out louder and more clearly than ever, and his wisdom will endure.”
