Eric Swalwell Goes After Trump, Hilariously Destroyed After Being Fact-Checked By Twitter

Representative Eric Swalwell might as well have farted live on air again after the latest hilarious blowback he received, courtesy of Elon Musk’s fact-checking brigade on Twitter. Swalwell published wildly inaccurate claims about former president Donald Trump and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

In the fact-checked tweet, he claimed that Trump had been “convicted of sexual assault” and that Speaker McCarthy was “all in with his sexually abusive pal.”

However, anyone with a functioning brain stem can see right through those obvious misrepresentations and thankfully the folks at Twitter made sure to tag his ridiculous and libelous comments.

“According to fact-checkers,” the folks at Trending Political News wrote, “Trump has not been convicted of sexual assault, as conviction is a term that only applies to criminal courts. In civil litigation, Trump was found liable, but no determination of guilt was made by the jury.”

That’s a big difference, and one a federal lawmaker surely knows. But like all devout leftists, Swalwell isn’t interested in the truth; he is only interested in power. Spreading lies helps him retain that power.

Reacting to the Community Notes, as Twitter’s fact checks are called, several accounts roasted the farting, allegedly spy-consorting California fool.

“This is what it looks like to be a total and complete stupid idiot,” said Ryan Fournier.

“Community Notes just f***ed Swalwell harder than a Chinese spy,” Benny Johnson posted.

“Isn’t it GREAT that Elon bought Twitter and Swalwell is no longer able to put out COMPLETE BS like this without immediately being called out?!?!” an account called SaltyGoat cheered.

After Trump was found liable by a biased New York jury, he made an amazing appearance on CNN where he was asked questions the overmatched Kaitlan Collins surely thought would catch him off guard. She should know better by now.

Watch this glorious exchange about her and his reaction to the recent verdicts handed down:

Trump was asked what he'd say to voters who think he should be disqualified for running for office because of the E Jean Carroll decision…

Trump: "Well there aren't too many of them because my poll numbers just came out… they went up."

    The crowd CHEERS.

“Trump was asked what he’d say to voters who think he should be disqualified for running for office because of the E Jean Carroll decision,” the captions to the video stated. “Trump: ‘Well there aren’t too many of them because my poll numbers just came out… they went up.’”

“The crowd CHEERS,” it continued. “This isn’t going the way CNN wanted it to…AT ALL.”

After the civil case, Donald Trump took to Truth Social and provided his account of the outcome, which he has vowed to appeal on numerous grounds.

“I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHO THIS WOMAN IS. THIS VERDICT IS A DISGRACE – A CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME!” Trump wrote on his 5-million-follower account.

    The American Tribune continued, writing:

For his part, he has said that he has never met Carroll and certainly never raped her. In a separate Truth post, while awaiting the verdict to be read, he said they were deciding on a “False Accusation” and complained that he is “not allowed to speak or defend myself, even as hard-nosed reporters scream questions about this case at me.” He added that he “will appeal the Unconstitutional silencing of me … no matter the outcome!”
