Elon Musk Sounds Off on Soros, Claims “He Hates Humanity”

Recently, billionaire entrepreneur and multi-company CEO Elon Musk criticized the controversial investor George Soros.  Musk charged the liberal billionaire of hating humanity and undertaking initiatives that are “eroding the fabric of civilization.”

“In my opinion, [Soros] fundamentally hates humanity,” Musk stated in a wide-ranging interview on “The Joe Rogan Experience”. “He’s doing things that erode the fabric of civilization — getting DA’s elected who refuse to prosecute crime.”

George Soros has garnered a reputation for backing woke leftist district attorneys in many localities, which has a notable impact on the legal and political landscape of these cities.  As Musk points out, these DAs often take a radical approach to addressing crime, where many feel they won’t even uphold law and order to begin with.

Musk illustrates that this is a significant problem that is particularly manifesting in liberal West Coast cities.“That’s part of the problem in San Francisco and LA and a bunch of other cities. So why would you do that?” Musk said.  Elon has also explicitly spoken about the state of San Francisco, where X (formerly Twitter) is headquartered, explaining that once beautiful city is descending into chaos and disorder due to this underlying philosophy.

Rogan questioned Musk about the scale of Soros’ intentions, asking, “Is it humanity or is it just the United States as a whole?”  Musk responded, “He’s pushing things in other countries, too.  He’s very good at arbitrage. You know, famously, he shorted the British pound. That’s sort of how I think he made his first of money, was shorting the pound,” he continued.  “So he’s good at spotting, basically, arbitrage, spotting value for money that other people don’t see.”

Musk then explained that Soros has set his sights on influencing local races for positions such as District Attorney, where the most value for money is presented.  “The lowest value for money is a presidential race. Then the next lowest value for money is a senate race, then a congress, but once you get to city and state district attorneys, the value for money is extremely good,” Musk claimed.

Musk illustrated that Soros was able to achieve his alleged anti-civilizational intentions by subverting law and order by electing woke local politicians rather than attempting to actually change the law.

“And Soros realized you don’t need to actually change the laws, you just need to change how they’re enforced,” he said. “If nobody chooses to enforce the laws, or if the laws are differentially enforced, it’s like changing the laws. That’s what he figured out.”  Musk also noted that Soros is a top supporter of the Democratic Party.  “He is, I believe, the top contributor to the Democratic party,” Musk told Rogan. “The second one was Sam Bankman-Fried.”

As previously mentioned, Musk’s recent interview with the famous podcaster Joe Rogan touched on a wide variety of interesting topics.  The American Tribune recently reported on a segment of the interview where Musk discussed his motivations behind his acquisition of Twitter that occurred nearly a year ago.  The billionaire claimed he harbored concerns that the social media platform was having a “corrosive” impact on society as a tool for spreading a “mind virus.”
