UPDATE 12/29: Newsweek reviewed the site sourced for this article and headline, and noticed that it read, in part,”Everything on this website is fiction. It is not a lie and it is not fake news because it is not real. If you believe that it is real, you should have your head examined.” We did not correctly note that originally but are now making that clear.
“Any similarities between this site’s pure fantasy and actual people, places, and events are purely coincidental and all images should be considered altered and satirical. See above if you’re still having an issue with that satire thing.”
Elon Musk continues winning, especially when he goes up against entitled, whiny progressives. Musk has famously been melting leftist snowflakes ever since contemplating buying Twitter last March.
Among those who tried taking a stand – failing spectacularly – was washed up “comedian” Kathy Griffin. Griffin, who once posed with a bloodied and decapitated head of Donald Trump, thinks she has the moral high ground on matters of culture and politics.
The miserable woman was among the first accounts to impersonate Musk on Twitter, only to find out the hard way you don’t get to just violate terms of service and deceive other users.

She promptly got banned for her efforts, then later tried going around the suspension by infiltrating her dead mother’s account. Perhaps the funniest part of the entire episode is how Musk not only kicked her off his new private platform, but mocked the bejeebus out of her with an epic smackdown.
When the failed actress/comedian complained she had been booted for impersonated Musk, he offered this hilarious reply:
“Actually, she was suspended for impersonating a comedian”.

And apparently the saga doesn’t end there. Some reporting now suggest Musk was just warming up and has filed a lawsuit to the tune of millions of dollars to keep Griffin in check. Freedom Fictions reported under a headline “Fact Check: True – Elon Musk Is Suing The Pants Off of Kathy Griffin” and writing about the monstrous retort to Griffin’s lame efforts for a laugh.
The internet is alive with the sound of Elon. A story about the new Head Twit says he plans to ruin Kathy Griffin with lawsuits. Griffin, who was dumb enough to impersonate the world’s wealthiest man and then insult him publicly, has already lost an HBO special, put one of her homes up for sale, and had a private sale among friends of some of her prized belongings.
Dunning Kruger Times also provided some possible insights into this awesome litigation.
Kathy Griffin decided to get in a cute little spat with the richest man in the world, and now she’ll have to pay for it. With everything she owns and will ever earn.
Elon Musk filed a billion dollars in Lawsuits against Griffin for attempt to defraud his fans, lying willfully on his platform Twitter, and impersonating a god. He’s asking for all of her holding, which adds up to about $20 million, and then she can “work the rest off making me laugh whenever I call,” said Musk, “I’ll drop another $10K for each snicker.”
Musk says the comedienne needs to “learn her place” in society, which doesn’t include playing “cheap insults and dumb games” with billionaires.
Griffin asked the liberal 9th Circuit to dismiss the case, but they have no jurisdiction, as Musk filed in South Africa. Nobody can quite figure out why.
As mentioned, Musk previously drew a hard line on impersonating other users (which was a thing before he got there, for the record). Musk had said back when the Griffin saga was first emerging that any “impersonation without clearly specifying parody” would face the same fate.
“Going forward, any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying ‘parody’ will be permanently suspended. Previously, we issued a warning before suspension, but now that we are rolling out widespread verification, there will be no warning.”
“This will be clearly identified as a condition for signing up to Twitter Blue. Any name change at all will cause temporary loss of verified checkmark.”“Twitter needs to become by far the most accurate source of information about the world. That’s our mission.”
